Objective This study aims to investigate the knowledge and attitudes about AIDS of college students in a comprehensive university in Hengyang,and evaluate the effect of using We Chat public platform to carry out health education for students in this school,and explore the suitable methods of AIDS health education among contemporary college students.Method:(1)A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select a comprehensive university in Hengyang City,Hunan Province.According to the three different departments of the stratification,randomly selected from the University of five different professional and not adjacent to the 10 classes,randomly assigned to the intervention group and control group.A total of 912 subjects were collected and 891 valid questionnaires were collected,including 441 in the intervention group and 450 in the control group.After the intervention,855 valid questionnaires were collected,including 414 in the intervention group and 441 in the control group.(2)Through the baseline survey,the project team to obtain thegroup of AIDS-related knowledge and other aspects of information,clear focued on micro-health education intervention in the direction and focus.We set up a We Chat public platform for the intervention group to carry out a period of 3 months of AIDS health education intervention activities.The control group of people was the implementation of the campus of conventional education,without any other measures.After the intervention of the We Chat,the members of the research group and the volunteers surveyed the two groups of people again to compare the changes and differences between the two groups in AIDS-related knowledge,attitude and demand.(3)Epidata3.1 software was used to record the data,and SPSS18.0software was used to analyze the data.Statistical analysis methods included statistical description,t-test,chi-square test and logistic regression analysis.Result:There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of gender,age,grade,source,professional and love status(P> 0.05).Its comparable.(1)The baseline score of the intervention group was 13.41 ± 4.397(The total score is 22 points)and the score of the control group was 12.81± 5.039.There was no difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).The score of the intervention group was 17.22 ± 1.284 and the score of thecontrol group was 13.38 ± 5.349 points,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).(2)There was no statistically difference in the beliefs and needs of the two groups of college students before HIV / AIDS.After intervention,the prevention of AIDS and their own related,intervention group accounted for 73.19%,the control group was 60.09%,that AIDS is no longer terrible proportion of the intervention group accounted for 38.16%,the control group was 23.81%,willing to adhere to the use of condoms,intervention group Accounting for 93.96%,the control group was 86.62%,the difference between the two groups was statistically(P <0.01).(3)There was no statistically difference in the attitudes of the two groups of college students to AIDS patients and infected persons.After the intervention of the two groups of college students on the attitude of AIDS and infected people were different.The attitudes of HIV / AIDS patients were statistically significant.The intervention group was 92.27%,which was 85.71% higher than that of the control group(P <0.01).(4)College students were highly satisfied with the application of micro-education platform to carry out health education.Most people agreed with this form of intervention;the We Chat platform approach was superior to the traditional method;The transmission method,the prevention method,the disease symptom concern rate was high;futurework can focus on information placed in the first position,increase reading volume.Conclusion:The health education of HIV / AIDS through the micro-public platform can effectively improve the awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge and improve the negative attitude of college students to AIDS and AIDS patients.The method and approach of college students' access to AIDS health information through micro-credit platform was willing to accept,and the satisfaction was high,this intervention method was feasible.
