The Application And Effect Evaluation Of 5S Health Education Inventory Management Mode In Perioperative Patients With Chronic Sinusitis

Objective:Apply 5 s management to chronic sinusitis in the perioperative health education,by building a list of 5 s health education management mode,intended to regulate these patients perioperative health education content,improving health and education management system,and validate the health education model in clinical practice in patients with chronic sinusitis perioperative application effect,provides reference for future clinical health education.Methods:A total of 120 patients with chronic sinusitis admitted to the department of otolaryngology of a affiliated hospital of a medical university from August 2018 to March 2019 were selected by convenient sampling method as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group according to the random number table method.The control group adopted the routine health education model,and the intervention group adopted the 5S health education list management model.Using health education knowledge questionnaire,anxiety self-assessment scale,improved comfort scale,health education,postoperative recovery quality scale satisfaction questionnaire(prior to the intervention and the different time after intervention)respectively on two groups of patients health education knowledge level,degree of anxiety,comfort,quality of life and patient satisfaction evaluation of health education.Results:(1)there was no significant difference in general information between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable;(2)at admission,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the score of health knowledge efficiency(P>0.05).At discharge,the level of health knowledge in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).(3)The anxiety levels of the two groups were compared on the day of admission,24 h before surgery and 72 h after surgery.On the day of admission,there was no statistically significant difference in SAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).At24 h before surgery,SAS scores of patients in each group were significantly higher than admission scores of patients in the same group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).After 72 hours,the SAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than the admission scores of the same group(P<0.001).(4)The comfort levels of the two groups were compared at 24 h,48h and 72 h respectively.In terms of time effect,the differences in physiological dimension,psychological dimension and spiritual dimension were statistically significant(P<0.05),while the differences in environmental dimension and socio-cultural dimension were not statistically significant(P>0.05).In terms of group effect,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was an interaction between the time factor and the group factor(P<0.05).(5)At 24 h before surgery,there was no statistically significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).24 h after surgery,the scores of quality of life in each group were lower than the admission scores of the same group,but the scores of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group.After72 hours,the scores of quality of life of the two groups were higher than that of the control group,and the scores of the intervention group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.001).(6)On the day of discharge,the satisfaction degree of health education in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The management model of 5S health education list can standardize the contents of health education for patients with chronic sinusitis during perioperative period and improve the health education management system.In this way,the perioperative anxiety level of these patients can be reduced,the comfort level and postoperative life quality can be improved,and the disease can be recovered as soon as possible.Meanwhile,the knowledge level of health education and the satisfaction of health education can be significantly improved.
