Objectives:Patients with chronic hepatitis B,through health education,to explore the disease in patients with chronic hepatitis B awareness knowledge level of understanding,as well as health education on medication compliance in patients with chronic hepatitis B,and treatment time, daily life, food, etc. to further explore the health education on the effect of treatment, revealed the health education, treatment compliance and relevance, for the initial establishment of a benefit in patients with Chinese medicine and health characteristics and management of health education methods to provide reference.Research Methods:According to the standard of chronic hepatitis B,select the out-patient Chinese medicine hospital in Guangdong province confirmed 206 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients, aged 19-60 years old, average age 35.3±10.1 years old,47 cases of patients with middle school and junior secondary level of education for the following 159 patients more than for the high school level of education.Divided into test group(non-anti-virus and anti-retroviral therapy) and the control group.Test group of patients with health education to fill out the questionnaire to evaluate patients with chronic hepatitis B knowledge of disease awareness and understanding of the health education, observation of an a posteriori treatment group and the control group taking the continuity of the treatment effect change.Using analysis of variance or rank sum test comparing the difference between the set of indicators, analysis and evaluation of health education on patient compliance and treatment effect. Results: We found that the experimental group of life in patients with type nursing minimum level of understanding of knowledge(68.9%),health education by the experimental group after the nursing category of life knowledge of the extent of 84.3 percent,a marked improvement in patients with non-anti-viral medication compliance, and there are significant differences in the control group, with statistical significance(P <0.05),anti-viral treatment group in the patients, their medication compliance and health education in the former and non-anti-virus group, there are significant differences in the control group(P=0.001),changes in medication compliance and non-anti-virus group had statistical significance(P<0.05),with the control group was not significant(P>0.05);in the non-anti-virus treatment and control group patients,ALT,eAg,eAb,HBV-DNA,Ganxian four in health education was no significant difference between before and after(P>0.05),non-anti-virus treatment group sAg close to statistical significance on the(P=0.054), anti-virus group sAg have statistical significance(P<0.05);anti-virus group and non-anti-virus group and the control group patients in the ALT,eAg there are significant differences, both statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through research we found that patients with hepatitis B-related knowledge of life in nursing knowledge about the extent of the lowest category (68.9%) patients this is caused by one of the important reasons repeatedly.By patients with traditional Chinese medicine on the health characteristics, education,non-anti-viral treatment of patients with the disease the level of awareness and understanding of medication compliance was positively correlated, and changes in medication compliance was significantly higher than that, time is not limited to research fully,We did not find the medication compliance,treatment-related evidence, further research can hope to achieve new results.
