Research On Community Health Management Of The Aged In Shenyang City

By the end of 2018,the population aged 65 and above in Shenyang accounted for 14.1% of the total population of the city.The number of elderly people in Shenyang is large,and the growth rate of elderly population is higher than the national average.As the diseases and causes of death of the elderly occupy the forefront of the spectrum are chronic non-communicable diseases,such as diabetes,hypertension,heart disease and other chronic diseases,after the disease can only be treated passively to alleviate the pain caused by the disease,can not be completely cured.This article mainly from the community elderly health management service provider specific service content,the elderly health management,health management of objects such as found in Shenyang community elderly health management of the existing problems,find free health examination,health information,health assessment,health education activities,and other forms of elderly health management is simple,the lack of effective response to slow disease management means.Through the systematic analysis of the reasons,the paper puts forward some Suggestions to improve the business level of community health management service for the elderly and to strengthen the health quality management.The main research idea of this paper is to understand the current situation of health management for the elderly in the community by sorting out the policy documents related to health management for the elderly issued by the government and interviewing the staff of community health service centers and the elderly in their areas of jurisdiction.It is found that the main factors restricting the improvement of the quality of community health management for the elderly are the single subject of community health management,the low level of health management awareness,and the simplicity of community health management for the elderly.
