Study On The Choice Of Medical Treatment Behavior And Its Influencing Factors In Urban Elderly Patients With Chronic Diseases

With the development of social economy,the improvement of people's living standard and the extension of the life expectancy of population,the problem of the population aging in our country is more and more serious,and chronically ill population is also increasing sharply.The elderly with chronic disease due to body disease and the function of the winding recession,the demand of the number and quality of medical and health resources is increasing enormously.Scientific utilization of community health service is the cure to the growing problem of population aging and age-related diseases,and especially is an important solution to common diseases,chronic disease,rehabilitation and nursing problems.Meanwhile,it is the inherent requirement to promote the rational allocation and utilization of health resources in our country.Health services utilization level is the most direct reflection of people's medical needs and health seeking behavior,and effective use of health resources.In this paper,the elderly chronic diseases in Qingyang District of Chengdu City,the medical behavior,demand for community health service were analyzed,using the methods of literature study,interview and questionnaire survey and empirical analysis,using SPSS 17 statistical analysis software,understanding of the existence of elderly chronic disease in Chengdu District of Qingyang city for the demand of community health service and their medical behavior problems,to understand chronic diseases of community health services for the elderly,Qingyang district,Chengdu needs and problems in their behavior,to study and meet the needs of elderly chronic disease,to optimize health seeking behavior of countermeasures for community health services for the elderly to improve chronic disease satisfaction,recognition,credibility,utilization,to improve community health services mode,and the quality of community health service,to promote the rational allocation of medical resources and the reform of health,and eventually to achieve the goal of improving chronic disease quality of life for the elderly.This study found that chronic demand for community hospitals to provide health services for the elderly has not been satisfied.In particular,they do not trust the level of community medical technology,the community health services,and the medical facilities.Elderly people with chronic diseases are not satisfied with community health services.Community's propaganda is not enough,and the effect is poor.Some elderly people lack understanding of community services.In terms of medical treatment,the utilization rate of community health services of elderly patients with chronic diseases is not high enough,some of the elderly with chronic diseases have doubts about the new community health care.Coupled with their habits to go to a large hospital,their ideas are difficult to change,thus first diagnosis and treatment of the elderly with serious illness are biased in favor of the general hospital.Especially when the elderly suffering from a serious illness is reflected in their medical institutions medical institutions have a higher level of technical needs.Elderly people suffering from colds and other ailments,common diseases will consider more pharmacies and community hospitals,in this case,convenient treatment is considered more than others.To solve the above problems,the paper makes the following recommendations: improve the standard of medical facilities,medical treatment process,community service projects to attract the elderly chronic disease community medical treatment zealously;Improve the quality of community health services,enhance the elderly with chronic diseases in community service satisfaction to win the trust and support of the elderly chronic disease;strengthen community service propaganda and improve the utilization rate of community health services;establish General Hospital binary Division mechanism of base medical and health institutions.Adjust pricing mechanisms,rational triage patients;Increase the input of Community public health,further improving the health care system;Optimize the allocation of medical resources,adhere to the realization of Equalization of community health service.
