It is an important part of hospital management to establish a standardized and effective medical equipment management system,include strengthening quality control of medical equipment,optimizing the process of management,monitoring equipment status in its life cycle.This paper is dedicated to the use smart phones,mobile communication technology and Internet of Things technology to design and develop a medical equipment management system which is suitable for the current hospital equipment management mode,and plays a certain role in the daily work of medical equipment management.The medical equipment mobile management system(hereinafter referred to as the management system)is divided into two parts: The first part is the application platform,including Android client,Tomcat server and MySQL database.this part analysed the mainstream APP design and combined with the existing management mode of a third-class hospital,completed the application platform demand analysis,client functional module design,background network server and database construction;The second part is the medical equipment operation monitoring platform,which realizes wireless transmission by deploying environmental sensors on medical equipment.The function of monitoring the parameters of medical equipment,such as switching operation state,working current,environmental temperature and humidity,dust and liquid level,is completed.At last,the whole functions of the management system are tested and verified.The main innovations of this paper include the following three aspects:(1)Optimize the scanning frame,realize the rapid scanning identification of hospital equipment on the Android mobile phone side,and use MPAndroidChart to realize the graphical display of data,so as to meet the real-time and convenient management needs.(2)Using Volley framework and SQLite technology to realize the off-line data cache function,which overcomes the unstable status of hospital network environment and improves the reliability of the system.(3)ESP8266 IOT chip is used as the core of the system,together with various environmental sensors,to monitor the operation status of the equipment in real time and obtain dynamic and real parameters.It makes the data source of the management system more reliable and more oriented to the medical equipment itself.The management system utilizes the advantages of Android mobile phone and Internet of Things technology make the system more practicality and portability.In the design and development process we use newer versions of widget to improve the scalability of the system.Users can query,register,work statistics,fault prediction and other work with Android mobile phone client to better ensure the safe and stable operation of medical equipment.
