Research On The Development Strategy Of Family-type Small Nursing Homes Under The Mode Of Medical And Nursing Combination

In the process of social development in China,population aging has gradually become a trend.At present,chronic non-communicable diseases of the elderly in China mostly rely on hospital treatment,increasing medical pressure.If we only depend on the nursing home,we will delay the illness because of the inadequate medical care.The emergence of the model of "combination of health care" and "family-type small nursing homes" not only alleviates the pressure of hospitals,but also improves the service quality of nursing homes.Based on the model of "combination of medical care" and "small family nursing home",taking XFYJ nursing home in Beijing as an example,this paper firstly analyzed the basic situation,operation status,evaluation and expectation of the nursing home,and then analyzed the strategic environment of small family nursing home from the macro-environment and industry environment.Finally,starting with the actual situation of the nursing home and through SWOT analysis,the general strategic direction of "seizing opportunities and overcoming disadvantages" is determined.According to the general strategy for the enterprise operation strategy of pension institutions,this paper analyses the XFYJ pension homes in Beijing from three aspects: service strategy,price strategy and promotion strategy.In order to ensure the strategic direction of "seizing opportunities and overcoming disadvantages",medical care is the basis of service strategy in the design of service strategy,providing high-quality life care services for consumers,and providing high-quality nursing services,scientific management services and safe medical rehabilitation services in order to improve the living standards and quality of the elderly and improve their safety of life.Full coefficient,so that services cover all aspects of life and health care,develop more high-quality services,timely grasp and judge the future market demand trend;through price strategy reflects the level positioning of Beijing XFYJ nursing home.Improve the quality of service,realize under the condition of existing resources of enterprises,so that consumers can get the greatest income,in order to ensure the highest performance-price ratio of services.Finally,the promotion strategy should be formulated,with the "combination of medical care" and "family pension" as the highlights,and establish a good reputation through experiential promotion to promote the continuous maturity and development of the brand.Through the above strategic analysis,we strive to explore a suitable development idea for family-type small nursing homes.It is hoped that through relatively objective analysis and comprehensive elaboration,it will clarify the development direction of family-type small nursing homes under the background of the future medical-nursing integration model,provide some reference for the development of related nursing homes,and provide some help for improving the environment of our country's old-age care and promoting the innovation of the old-age model.
