| In March 2009,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council put forward the "Opinions on deepening the reform of the medical and health system".After the release of the guiding opinions,various supporting policies and measures have been released one after another.The overall pattern of the whole medical and health service market has undergone earth shaking changes,and a large number of social capital have joined the market competition of the medical and health industry.With the nineteen party convening of the party,the general secretary of China put forward the strategy of healthy China proposed by General Secretary Xi.But with the deepening of the reform of social medical system and the rapid development of economy,the demand for medical services and medical care is increasing.Public hospitals and collective hospitals are in urgent need of new beneficial supplements to the existing medical services under this sharp demand.Therefore,with the entry of social capital,private medical institutions have sprung up in recent years.Generally speaking,in response to the complex changes in the industry environment,private hospitals need to put forward a set of suitable and effective strategic planning to ensure a clear development direction in the fierce competition.Use the private hospitals in LNs as the research object,on the basis of fully expounding the research background,significance,current situation at home and abroad and research framework ideas,using PEST analysis method to explore the internal resources and environmental conditions of Private hospitals in LNs;using Porter’s " medical and health industry faced by Private hospitals in LNs from five angles;and then through the analysis of Michael Porter’s five forces model,Through Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats(SWOT)research model,to understand the advantages and disadvantages of Private hospitals in LN development and opportunities and risks.This research comprehensively combs the external macro environment and industry competition environment that Private hospitals in LNs are facing at present.At the same time,on the premise of investigating the development status of Private hospitals in LNs,it summarizes the core competitive elements and operation.Based on this,this research constructs the evaluation matrix of the strategic choice of Private hospitals in LNs,and determines the future strategic choice direction of Private hospitals in LNs according to the score,and accordingly puts forward the strategic implementation plan and safeguard measures.The main research results of this research include:(1)Private hospitals in LNs have advantages in service ability.Private hospitals in LNs have disadvantages of high tax,and less capital than public hospitals;Private hospitals in LNs have opportunities of new medical reform,combination of medical and nursing,and high-end medical treatment;Private hospitals in LNs are also facing regional challenges The scale expansion of public hospitals,medical price control,medical disputes and other threats.(2)In order to promote the healthy and stable development of Private hospitals in LNs,Private hospitals in LNs need to optimize the governance structure,give full play to their advantages,expand characteristic departments,actively explore the mode of combination of medical care and nursing,implement differentiated management,increase resource investment,improve the overall medical level,strengthen internal management,improve management efficiency,and establish a risk control system to ensure a stable economy Camp. |
