Purpose: To compare the clinical study of Huanglong Zhike GRAnules with the treatment of the treatment of the disease.To investigate the effectiveness of "Yiqifeng Zhike Decoction" in the treatment of subacute cough(Wind-Stagnation and Obstructive Pulmonary Syndrome),and to conduct in-depth research and provide clinical treatment data for the treatment of subacute cough(Wind-Stagnation Obstructive Pulmonary Syndrome).Methods: Firstly,72 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected for diagnosis of subacute cough(Wind-Stagnation Cirrhosis).They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group each with 36 cases.The methods of taking Qufeng Zhike Decoction and Huanglong Zhike Granule were separately treated and compared.The treatment group was treated by Qufeng Zhike Decoction.The group consisted of 5g of Casuarina,10 g of almond,10 g of Chuanbei,10 g of Ginkgo,15 g of Ziyuan,15 g of Bombyx mori,15 g of Chinese wolfberry and 10 g of one hundred Chinese herbal medicine.The control group used traditional Chinese medicine Huanglong Zhike granules..The course of treatment is 10 days and a total of 1 course of treatment.Observe the reduction of symptom scores before and after treatment,as well as the clinical efficacy,and perform statistical analysis.Results: The treatment group treated 36 cases,the total effective RAte was 90.0%;the control group treated 36 cases,the total effective RAte was 68.6%.The total effectiverate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Qufeng Zhike Decoction and Huanglong Zhike Granule have effects on subacute cough(Wind sputum obstruction lung syndrome)and no adverse reactions.However,the treatment effect of Qufeng Zhike Decoction is more ideal and better than oral administration of proprietary Chinese medicines.It provides accuate clinical data and guidance for the treatment of subacute cough...
