Objective:This research is about to observe the effect of Xuanfei Zhike Decoction to those patients diagnosed as post-infectious cough,with Fengke syndrome in TCM.To evaluate the efficacy and safety of this prescription by analysis of clinical symptoms,TCM symptoms,after treatment.In order to provide clinical basis for its further application.Methods:First,we Collected 60 patients according with the diagnostic criteria from The Third Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,then divided them into two groups randomly,each group include 30 patients.Given the control group of Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsules;Given the treatment group of Xuanfei Zhike liquid,Two groups were treated for seven days.Then collected and analysed the data.Results:1.After treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups decreased significantly,with statistical significance,indicating that the two groups of different drugs for the treatment of PIC have effect.2.The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 90.00% and 76.67%,with statistical significance,indicating that Xuanfei Zhike Decoction is better than Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsules in the treatment of postinfectious coughcough.3.The incidence of adverse reactions was 0% in the treatment group and 20% in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group.Conclusion : Xuanfei Zhike liquid have specific effects of treat patients diagnosed as post-infectious cough also safety and reliable.Meanwhile,which means it dose offer a new effective treatment for this disease.
