Objective:Constructing the evaluation index system of head nurses ' core competence,developing and evaluating the evaluation scale of head nurses ' core competence,and to provide a measuring tool for the evaluation of head nurses ' core competence.Method:This study is divided into two stages.The first stage: through literature review and combined with China's national conditions,the preliminary construction of the head Nurse Core Competency Evaluation Index Draft,and then after two rounds of expert inquiry,the initial construction of the head Nurse Core Competency Evaluation Index System,the formation of Head Nurses core Competency evaluation of the initial scale.The second stage: Using cluster sampling method to select 156 head nurses of four three grade A general hospital in Fujian province to evaluate the initial scale of head nurses,using the difference correlation coefficient and cronbach ' sa coefficient to test the reliability and intrinsic consistency of the scale,Correlation analysis and exploratory factors were used to test the structure validity of the scale.Results :(1)The evaluation Index system of core competence of head nurses in three Grade A general hospital has 6 first-level indicators,20 two-level indicators and 80 three-level entries,and sets the weights of all levels of indicators and entries.The positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 89.5% and 100%.Authoritative coefficients were 0.860,and the coordination coefficients(W)of the two rounds of expert consultation were 0.247 and 0.272 respectively,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).(2)After the letter validity examination,deleted 15 items,formed the head nurse core Ability Appraisal scale to have 65 entries.First,Structure Validity: Interpersonal ability,management ability,critical thinking ability,clinical professional ability,professional development skills and personality quality factor analysis of 6 dimensions sampling suitability quantity(KMO)respectively 0.816 0.922 0.909 0.8390.9300.855,and respectively extracted 3.4.4.3.3.3 factors,the cumulative explanatory variation was 71.91571.12576.84677.28276.547,82.360.The factor load of each two-level index in the corresponding first-level index is 0.442~0.914,the common 0.544~0.954.Second,the Cronbach ' sa coefficient of the total table is 0.952,and the Cronbach ' sa coefficient of each dimension is 0.885~0.952.Conclusion:After expert consultation and validity test,the evaluation Index system of core competence of head nurses is composed of 6 dimensions,20 two indexes and 65 entries,the expert positive coefficient and authoritative coefficient are higher,the coordination degree is good and the structure is reasonable.The reliability and validity of the evaluation scale are good,and they can be used as the core energy of head nurses.A tool for the evaluation of power.
