Construction Of Core Competence Evaluation Standard System For Wound/Ostomy/Continence Nursing(WOCN)

Objective:1)Build a set of core competence evaluation criteria system for generalized Wound/Ostomy/Continencen Nurse(WOCN)in line with China's national conditions;2)Promoting WOCN management to be more standardized and orderly,providing evidence base for the construction of the WOCN talent echelon and building a long-term mechanism for personnel training;3)Inspire our country WOCN vitality,enable WOCN to be able to sum up self constantly around the requirement of the core ability,promote professional ability,thus promote the normative development of our country specialized nurse team and make great progress.Methods:This research is guided by the authoritative theoretical basis,through the literature analysis method,Delphi expert consultation method to construct the WOCN core competence evaluation standard,and use the analytic hierarchy process and the variation coefficient method to determine the item weights,and finally form a complete WOCN core competence evaluation standard system;The scientific validity of the Delphi method was tested using the positive coefficient of the expert,the level of opinion concentration,the authority coefficient,and the Kendall coefficient.Results:1)A WOCN core competence evaluation standard system was constructed: 3 primary entries,14 secondary entries,and 50 tertiary entries;2)The results of the expert consultation are reliable: The authoritative coefficient of the expert consultation is 0.87,the familiarity coefficient is 0.94,and the judgment coefficient is 0.8,which indicates that the authority of the expert is relatively high.The coordination coefficients of the second and third-level entries were 0.389 and 0.559 respectively,and the P-values were all <0.05,indicating that the expert's recognition of the indicators was higher;3)The weights are set scientifically and rationally: The weights of each item in the study are determined using scientific analytic hierarchy process and coefficient of variation coefficients.The results show that the weight values of each item are set reasonably and scientifically.Conclusion:This study combines qualitative research and quantitative research,and establishes the WOCN core competence evaluation standard system through scientific and rigorous Delphi expert consultation method.After scientific analysis and verification,the correspondence experts tend to agree on various items and have higher credibility.The construction of this system is conducive to the continuous improvement of WOCN nursing level,and also provides a good reference and reference for WOCN optimal management and reasonable use.
