ObjectiveThe paper provides important theoretical methods and practical guidance to implements requirements related to hierarchical medical system in a better way.Change traditional hospitalization model,promote the thinking of cyberized medicine practicing and play cooperation capacity of network hospitals to realize more widely interconnected,more convenient and more efficient and quicker medical service and to accomplish the application of multilevel medical cooperation model,integration and sharing of medical resources and good service for patients within regional joint medical facilities.MethodsThe paper firstly studies definitions and classifications of internet hospital and regional joint medical facilities,secondly sets forth the emergence and development of internet hospital and analyzes the status and trend of construction of regional joint medical facilities and internet hospitals in China,and then conducts a further analysis by taking Wuhan Union Hospital as an example and puts forward existing problems and solutions and summarizes a corresponding conclusion and implication at the end of the paper.The paper collects reports,literatures,books and policies related to the construction of regional joint medical facilities and internet hospitals at home and abroad by means of literature investigation.With the method of system analysis,at the earlier stage of research,the paper learns about actual situation at present and estimates the gap between that and the planning goal or ideal state so as to conduct a systematic design and arrangement of the project;during the research of project,the paper determines the basic thought for and finds out existing problems in the construction of regional joint medical facilities and internet hospitals and puts forward to the most practical solution.ResultsConstruct regional joint medical facilities cored on Wuhan Union Hospital.Based on the model of regional joint medical facilities,by taking advanced management ideas and concepts of Wuhan Union Hospital as the guidance,the paper develops a construction scheme and system structure of internet hospital core on Wuhan Union Hospital which remotely accesses trust hospitals and hospitals having technical cooperation with internet technology and modern information technology.On the basis of relevant theories,by summarizing construction experience of existing internet hospitals at home and abroad,the paper develops an internet hospital system in the mode of regional joint medical facilities cored on a large hospital(i.e.Wuhan Union Hospital).Based on status of Wuhan Union Hospital,the paper develops cyberized regional joint medical facilities cored on Wuhan Union Hospital.In the premise of interconnection and intercommunication within the regional joint medical facilities,cyberized regional joint medical facilities is an entity to provide internet service to the outside including reservation,guidance and referral service,remote medical service,medicine procurement and settle center service and health control service.Based on cyberized regional joint medical facilities,regional joint medical facilities act as an entity to provide internet service to the outside including reservation,guidance and referral service,remote medical service,medicine procurement and settle center service and health control service.The paper develops a new,scientific and rational construction system of internet hospital in the mode of regional joint medical facilities in line with requirements of the new ear.
