A Study Based On The Satisfaction Of Standardized Training Of Residents In An Affiliated Hospital Of An University In Xinjiang

Objectives: By way of investigation and analysis of the standardized training for resident doctors in an Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang University.identifying and discussing the existing problems and the various factors which influence the satisfaction,improving some feasible suggestions and countermeasures for the implementation,as well as providing scientific basis and reference for standardized training of residents in xinjiang.Methods: Using the method of literature search and Satisfaction Survey,investigating the teachers and the standardized training doctors who were trained from year 2013-2015,the data were analyzed and processed by SPSS 20.The measurement data was described by mean plus or minus standard deviation,the enumeration data was described by the rate,The t test was used in the comparison between the groups,the difference was statistically significant if P<0.05,and the influence factors were analyzed by Logistics regression analysis.Results: 1.The residents standardized training students and teachers with the overall situation of the hospital satisfaction with the hospital between satisfaction and very satisfied.There was no significant difference in the degree of satisfaction of different demographic characteristics,P > 0.05.2.The residents standardized training students and teachers with the significant teachers satisfaction score differences on the implementation of the basic conditions,hospital management,teaching conditions,training,P < 0.05,teachers score higher than the scores of students.3.The students who live in the training of the hospital security measures satisfaction is low,the difference of different demographic characteristics satisfaction score has statistical significance,P < 0.05,the higher the degree of cultural satisfaction is lower.Conclusion: 1.the standardized training of residents and their teachers are satisfied with the training.2.There are some problems exits in the training students' communication and feedback mechanism.3.In the implementation process,the phenomenon of " emphasizing clinical but ignoring training" and " emphasizing application but ignoring teaching" generally exists.4.Training process is still not standardized enough,the training content and practice are not closely combined.5.motivation and security system needs to be improved.
