Objectives:Through understanding the satisfaction of resident physicians in the standardized training of resident residents in Kunming,this paper makes a survey from four aspects of training environment and management,training process,teachers and training effects,and analyses the influencing factors,and provides scientific basis and reference for improving the development of standardized training work for residents in Yunnan.Methods:This study uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods.The training base's qualifications,training organization,etc.were understood;self-made questionnaires were issued to those who participated in live training,and the basic information,training status,satisfaction evaluation,etc.of the participating personnel were understood.The data entry adopts Epidata3.1 to establish the database,adopts the double entry method,analyzes and deals with the data with SPSS23.0.The statistical methods involved in this study included general descriptive analysis,analysis of variance,t-test,multiple stepwise linear regression analysis,etc.The difference was statistically significant at a<0.05.Results:1.The four hospitals in this study all passed the national-level living and breeding base,among which,D hospital was a specialist hospital,four hospitals covered 31 training majors,and C hospital did not formulate a hospital self-training system;2.In this study,200 questionnaires were distributed and 194 questionnaires were returned.The questionnaires had a recovery rate of 97.0%.Among them,183 were valid questionnaires,and the questionnaires were 91.5%efficient.3.80.33%of the participating personnel were satisfied with the overall evaluation of the work related to live cultivation,and the overall satisfaction score was "3.52±0.60".The participating personnel were satisfied with the training environment and the management,training process,teaching,and training results of live cultivation.The evaluation scores were:3.41±0.63,3.51±0.65,3.71±0.75,and 3.49±0.68.All of them were evaluated as "substantially satisfactory";among all the satisfactory evaluation items,the economic benefits given to the training base and the evaluation scores of the satisfaction of the training were compared.Low,with a score of "2.7 ± 1.02".4.Analyze the influencing factors of the satisfaction of livelihood by single factor analysis,whether the participation time,participation status,whether the household registration in Yunnan and their training bases implement the "supervisory system",and in the overall evaluation of satisfaction and the evaluation of each dimension P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;multiple stepwise linear regression analysis of the factors affecting the overall satisfaction,participation in the identity,whether the implementation of the "supervisor system" into the equation of two factors,the equation is y = 1.380-0.125x3-0.342x7.Conclusion:1.Steady progress in livelihood and cultivation,and the construction of the system is not yet complete2.The score of economic-related satisfaction evaluation is low,and economic investment needs to be further strengthened3.The content of research training in foreign languages is not as important as it should be,and training content should be improved.4.The awareness of the livelihood and training policy of the relevant personnel in the living and training work needs to be strengthened.
