Resident standardization training system was established at the national level in line with the industry characteristics and growth laws of clinical medical personnel training system,and deepening the reform of medical health system reform and medical education in China's major initiatives.Combined with the current overall resident standardization training and reality of medical and health resources in our country is not balanced,resident satisfaction at a lower level,on the basis of relevant theoretical results at home and abroad for reference,as resident in yunnan province as subjects for empirical research,using the cluster sampling method,the selection of a comprehensive level of first-class hospital from 2014 to 2016 to participate in the mode of more than two hundred residents as the research object,used to prepare the questionnaire investigation,mining and the influence factors of both matching base hospital,through both correlation matching factors and satisfaction for empirical research,to match individual-organization under the perspective of training satisfaction situation made a multi-dimensional and comprehensive analysis and comparison,combining the demographic variable variance analysis and correlation analysis,clear both match the effects of influence factors,and from the resident individual level,hospital level,put forward standardization training management strategies.Conclusions:(1)the consistency of individual organizational matches in different dimensions is not the same.(2)the individual-organizational match of a resident with a different individual characteristic variable was significantly different.(3)the correlation between a person's organizational match and the degree of training of a resident physician was positively correlated.By defining matching of residency training and base hospital,the internal correlation between training satisfaction,respectively from the resident individual level and organizational level base hospital residency and the rationality of the training base hospital matching theory feasibility Suggestions and practical measures,enrich the management framework resident standardization training,finally promote the orderly resident standardization training.
