Objectives:By investigating self-regulatory fatigue, depression self-control and quality of life in patients with subthreshold depression,to find the current status and influencing factors of self-regulatory fatigue, depression self-control and quality of life in patients with subthreshold depression; To analyze the correlation between self-regulatory fatigue, depression self-control and quality of life;To explore the mediating effect of self-regulatory fatigue on depression self-control and quality of life;To provide a reference basis for formulating measures to alleviate the self-regulatory fatigue of patients with subthreshold depression,to promote the ability of self-control of depression in patients with subthreshold depression, and to improve the quality of life of patients with subthreshold depression. Methods:In this study,a convenient sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on patients with depression by using Beck depression inventory-?(BDI-?)and center for epidemiological survey-depression scale(CES-D)from August to December 2019.The subjects with ? 16 points of CES-D and ? 14 points of BDI-? were screened out. Then, the subjects were re-screened according to the structured clinical interview for DSM-IV-TR Axis I Disorders to finally identify patients with subthreshold depression.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 216 patients with subthreshold depression who met the inclusion criteria, including general data questionnaire,self-regulatory fatigue scale, depression self-control scale and the mos 36-item short form health survey. The database was established by Epidata3.1 and the data was double-inputted.The data was statistically analyzed by SPSS25.0 software.Statistical methods included descriptive statistical analysis,t test,one-way ANOVA,multiple stepwise regression analysis,Pearson correlation analysis and Bootstrap intermediary effect test.Results:1.The score of self-regulatory fatigue in patients with subthreshold depression was(59.55±7.64).There were significant differences in age, sex, occupation, marital status, mode of medical payment and main caregivers(P<0.05).Among them, occupation(student),gender(male)and main caregivers(parents)entered the regression equation, and the above variables could explain 14.8% of the total variation of self-regulatory fatigue.2.The score of depression self-control in patients with subthreshold depression was(56.06±10.01),and there were significant differences in age and education level(P<0.05).The degree of education level(technical secondary school or senior high school)could explain 3.7% of the total variation of depression self-control.3.The scores of quality of life in patients with subthreshold depression were physical functioning(76.85±18.27),role-physical(33.53±36.90),bodily pain(63.71±23.71),general health(38.28±19.54),vitality(24.63±14.34),social functioning(48.96±25.34),role-emotional(16.82±27.36)and mental health(26.07±13.28).The scores of qualities of life were lower than those of the norm, with statistical significance(P<0.01).There were significant differences in the scores of physiological dimensions of quality of life in terms of age, somatic disease and long-term medication(P<0.05).Age(18?22,23?34)and somatic diseases could explain 7.2% of the total variation of physiological health.4.Hierarchical regression analysis showed that after controlling the general demographic factors of the patients,self-regulatory fatigue was an important factor affecting the quality of life of patients with subthreshold depression.5.There was a negative correlation between self-regulatory fatigue and quality of life(P<0.01),a negative correlation between self-regulatory fatigue and depression self-control(P<0.01),and a positive correlation between depression self-control and quality of life(P<0.01).There was a positive correlation between physical and psychological aspects of quality of life(P<0.01).6.Self-regulatory fatigue played a part of mediating role between depression self-control and quality of life in physiological dimension, the mediating effect value was 0.2423,and it played a full mediating role between depression self-control and quality of life in psychological dimension, the mediating effect value was 0.2223.Conclusions:1.The degree of self-regulatory fatigue of patients with subthreshold depression is at a high level, the ability of depression self-control is weak, and the quality of life of patients decreases in varying degrees, which is lower than the domestic norm.2.General demographic data has a certain influence on self-regulatory fatigue, depression self-control and the physiological dimension of quality of life.3.There is a pairwise correlation between self-regulatory fatigue, depression selfcontrol and quality of life in patients with subthreshold depression.4.The depression self-control ability of patients with subthreshold depression can directly affect their physiological health level, and the quality of life can also be improved by raising their depression self-control ability and relieving the degree of self-regulatory fatigue.
