The Clinical Effect Of Acupuncture On Post-stroke Subthreshold Depression

Objective:In this study,patients with post-stroke subthreshold depression were taken as the research object,and acupuncture was used as the treatment method to observe the effect of acupuncture on patients' depression state,self-care ability of daily life and the degree of neurological deficit,so as to guide the clinical practice and provide the therapeutic basis for the treatment of post-stroke subthreshold depression.Method:This study is a randomized controlled trial.64 patients with post-stroke depression who meet the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with exercise therapy,occupational therapy,daily life activity training and psychological intervention as routine treatment.The treatment group was treated with Acupuncture on the basis of routine treatment,once a day,five times a week,and 2 days off Days,continuous treatment for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),modified Babbitt index(MBI)and NIHSS were used respectively.Result:(1)Baseline analysis: there was no significant difference between the two groups in age,gender,course of disease and HAMD,MBI,NIHSS scores before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.(2)Efficacy analysis: there was a significant difference in HAMD,MBI and NIHSS scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05);there was a significant difference in HAMD,MBI and NIHSS scores between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05).(3)Effectiveness analysis: the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Acupuncture combined with conventional treatment and simple conventional treatment can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with post-stroke depression,in which acupuncture combined with conventional treatment has the best effect and high clinical efficiency.(2)Acupuncture combined with conventional therapy is an effective intervention for the treatment of post-stroke depression,with no special adverse reactions and good safety.
