Clinical Study Of Siqi Decoction Combined With Xiaoyao Powder In The Treatment Of Peritoneal Dialysis Complicated With Subthreshold Depression Of Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:In this study,patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency with subliminal depression associated with peritoneal dialysis were used as the research object.The main treatment methods were Siqi Decoction and Xiaoyao Powder.The effects of residual kidney function,in order to guide clinical,providing efficacy of Chinese medicine treatment for dialysis with subliminal depression of liver depression and spleen deficiency.Methods : A total of 60 peritoneal dialysis patients who were treated in the Department of Nephrology of Shanxi Integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected,including 60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of subthreshold depression,liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome.The patients were randomly divided into two groups: Siqi decoction combined with Xiaoyao powder treatment group and placebo control group,with 30 patients in each group.In the course of treatment,4 patients fell off,and the actual number of completed cases was 56 cases.The control group was given placebo(starch dextrin granules),and the treatment group was given oral Siqi decoction and Xiaoyao powder granules(one dose a day,one bag in the morning and evening)for 8 weeks.On this basis,patients in both groups were given routine treatment of western medicine.Observe the changes of HAMD-17 score and TCM syndrome integral value of the two groups before and after treatment,detect the differences of SCr,BUN,HGB,ALB and CRP between the two groups before and after treatment,and determine the curative effect and statistical analysis according to the experimental results.Results:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.1%,and that of the control group was 33.3%.The curative effect of the treatment group was more obvious than that of the control group(P < 0.01).2.The total effective rate of improvement of main symptom scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in the treatment group was 93.10%,while that in the control group was 33.33%.The curative effect in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group(P < 0.01).3.There were no significant changes in BUN and SCr between the two groups before and after treatment.After HGB treatment,there was no significant difference between thetreatment group and the control group(P > 0.05.After);ALB treatment,the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,CRP in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Siqi decoction and Xiaoyao Powder can improve the clinical symptoms of subthreshold depression in patients with membrane dialysis,reduce HAMD-17 score,increase ALB level,and lower CRP level.Improve the depression of patients to a greater extent,thereby reducing the transformation of depression patients under the threshold of peritoneal dialysis to depression,and improving the quality of life of patients on peritoneal dialysis.
