Objective: This study observed the intervention of stroke patients with static whole body vibration and dynamic whole body vibration training on the basis of routine treatment.By analyzing the balance function, lower limb function, ankle dorsiflexion activity, trunk control ability and walking ability before and after intervention,it discussed the influence of vibration-free,static whole body vibration and dynamic whole body vibration training on the balance function of stroke patients,so as to seek more effective rehabilitation treatment methods for stroke patients and provide theoretical basis and experimental technology for clinical selection and implementation of rehabilitation treatment methods. Methods: A total of 36 stroke patients who were hospitalized in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine,Shanxi Rongjun Hospital from July 2020 to October 2020 and met the inclusion criteria were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the control group(standing in a fixed position on an unopened vibration platform after routine treatment),the static whole-body vibration group(standing in a fixed position on an open vibration platform after routine treatment)and the dynamic whole-body vibration group(doing different actions on the open vibration platform after routine treatment),12 cases in each group according to the principle of random grouping.Three groups of patients were assessed for balance before intervention and after six weeks of intervention, including stability index(ST),body weight distribution index(WDI),Berg balance function scale(BBS),and five-time standing test(FTSST).Functional evaluation of affected lower limbs, including lower extremity sensory function score(FMA-M)and lower extremity motor function score(FMA-L);Ankle dorsiflexion activity test, including Active range of motion(AROM)and passive range of motion(PROM);Trunk impairment scale(TIS);Functional Ambulation Category(FAC).Paired T-test and one-way ANOVA were used to test the difference between the experimental data within and between groups, showing significant difference(P<0.05)and very significant difference(P<0.01).Result:(1)The effect of whole body vibration training on the balance function of stroke patients: after intervention, the ST value and WDI value of the three groups decreased significantly,BBS score increased significantly(P<0.01),FTSST of the control group decreased significantly(P<0.05),and FTST of the static and dynamic groups decreased more significantly(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,ST,WDI and FTSST in the static group were lower than those in the control group, and BBS scores were higher than those in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).ST,WDI,FTSST in dynamic group were lower than those in control group,BBS score was higher than that in control group, the difference was very significant(P<0.01).ST,WDI,FTSST in the dynamic group were lower than those in the static group, and BBS scores were higher than those in the static group, with significant difference(P<0.05).(2)Effect of whole body vibration training on lower limb function of stroke patients: FMA-L and FMA-M scores of the three groups were significantly improved after intervention(P<0.01).Comparison between groups after intervention:(1)FMA-L:There is no significant difference between static group and control group(P>0.05);The dynamic group was higher than the control group, and the difference was very significant(P<0.01).The dynamic group was higher than the static group with significant difference(P<0.05).(2)FMA-M: the static group was higher than the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05);The dynamic group was higher than the control group, and the difference was very significant(P<0.01).The dynamic group was higher than the control group with significant difference(P<0.05).(3)Effect of whole body vibration training on ankle dorsiflexion in stroke patients: After intervention,AROM and PROM of ankle dorsiflexion in three groups were significantly increased(P<0.01).Comparison between groups after intervention:(1)AROM: There is no significant difference between static group and control group(P>0.05);The dynamic group was higher than the control group, and the difference was very significant(P<0.01).The dynamic group was higher than the static group with significant difference(P<0.05).(2)PROM: The static group was higher than the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The dynamic group was higher than the control group, and the difference was very significant(P<0.01).The dynamic group was higher than the static group with significant difference(P<0.05).(4)Effect of whole body vibration training on trunk control of stroke patients:After intervention,TIS scores of three groups were significantly improved(P<0.01).After intervention, the static group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),the dynamic group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01),and the dynamic group was significantly higher than the static group(P<0.05).(5)Effect of whole body vibration training on walking ability of stroke patients:After intervention,FAC of three groups were significantly improved(P<0.01).Comparison between groups after intervention: the static group is higher than the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05);The dynamic group was higher than the control group, and the difference was very significant(P<0.01).The dynamic group was higher than the static group, but there was no significant difference between them(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Compared with conventional treatment,dynamic/static whole body vibration training can significantly improve the balance function, lower limb sensory function, ankle passive motion and trunk control ability of stroke patients, and dynamic whole body vibration training is superior to static whole body vibration training.(2)Static whole body vibration training has no obvious advantage in improving lower limb motor function and ankle joint active range of motion compared with conventional rehabilitation treatment, while dynamic whole body vibration training has obvious effect in improving lower limb motor function and ankle joint active range of motion.(3)Dynamic/static whole body vibration training can significantly improve walking ability of stroke patients compared with conventional treatment, but there is no significant difference between them.
