Objective By observing the influence of core stability training on the balance ability of hemiplegia patients, the effect of this method on the balance disorder caused by hemiplegia patients was studied, and effective and feasible treatment methods for functional rehabilitation of hemiplegia patients were provided. Methods Sixty patients with hemiplegic balance disorder who met the criteria were selected as observation objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with two groups of conventional exercise therapy, and the observation group was treated with a group of core stability training on the basis of a group of regular exercise, and both groups were given basic treatment.Taking 6 weeks as an observation course, comprehensive evaluation was performed before and after treatment.Berg balance function rating scale was used to observe the improvement of patients' balance ability. The FAC(functional ambulation category scale)observes the improvement of patients' walking ability.Barthel index was used to evaluate the influence of changes in patients' balance ability on their daily life.Longitudinal comparisons between the two groups before and after treatment,as well as comparison of lateral effects between groups were completed. The clinical efficacy scores were used to compare the effectiveness of treatment in both groups. Results 1.Comparison within the group:Compared with the pre-treatment group, the Berg balance function assessment, the functional ambulation category scale(FAC)assessment, and the Barthel index of the observation group and the control group were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05).2.Comparison between groups:After treatment, the Berg balance function assessment, functional ambulation category scale(FAC)assessment, and the improvement of Barthel index were statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).Better than the control group. Conclusion Core stability training can effectively improve the balance ability of patients with hemiplegia and improve their living ability.
