Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Modified Chidou Danggui Lotion On Low Simple Anal Fistula With Downward Damp--heat

ObjectiveClinical observation on the effect of modified Chidou Danggui lotion on the secretion,pain,growth of granulation tissue,wound healing and total curative effect after the operation of low simple anal fistula.MethodsAccording to the method of complete randomization,60 patients with low simple anal fistula were divided into the treatment group and the control group.On the basis of the same routine diagnosis and treatment before and after the operation,the treatment group began to take the modified Chidou Danggui lotion every day on the first day after the operation,while the control group took the routine dressing change and fumigation every day after the operation.Observe and record the wound secretion,pain,granulation tissue growth,wound area and wound healing time of the 1st day,the 7th day,the 14 th day and the 28 th day after the operation of the two groups.Then calculate the wound healing rate and compare the wound healing time and the total curative effect of the 28 th day after the operation.ResultsTeatment group on postoperative would secretions,pain score,the growth of granulation tissue,wound healing and total curative effect was superior to the control group,there was significant difference.ConclusionThe modified Chidou Danggui lotion can effectively reduce the postoperative complications of low simple anal fistula patients with downward damp-heat,significantly reduce the secretion of the wound,relieve the pain of the wound,accelerate the growth of granulation tissue,promote the wound healing,shorten the healing cycle,etc.,so as to improve the quality of life of the patients.At the same time,the modified Chidou Danggui lotion has no adverse reactions and safety in the use process.It is better and worthy of clinical application.
