Objective:To observe the effect of Astragalus Soup for Wounds Healing. Astragalus Soup preliminary analysis of possible mechanisms to reduce postoperative complications and downward flow of damp heat of anal fistula after surgery to promote wound healing. Methods:expected to be divided into60subjects met the inclusion criteria, in strict accordance with randomly divided into treatment group (n=30) and control group (N=30), March2011-January2012. The two groups of patients according to the conventional treatment of anal fistula surgery.Surgery two days later, on the basis of routine treatment, the treatment group oraled Astragalus Soup, control group hasn’t. Compare secretions after6days and10days,and the two groups were compared to the degree of pain after surgery; Compare the wound region and the wound healing rate of two groups patients after9days and16days of surgical, wound healing time record. Description of the measurement data will be used for the (x±S), between the two samples of two independent samples t test, chi-square test count data, grade data Ridit analysis. was used for statistical analysis.Results:60patients met the inclusion criteria, completed in the case of the study were60cases, the treatment group (n=30) and control group (n=30). The two groups of patients with gender, age, disease prior to treatment, the original wound area, wound depth, wound secretion conditions, conditions for a more balanced, such as pain between the two groups, no statistically significant difference between the agreed baseline. The results were analyzed as follows:(1) Wound discharge, pain:postoperative6days,10days of wound secretion, the results: the difference between treatment groups were statistically significant (P<0.05), the number of heat treatment group than the control group, wound secretion score better than of the control group. Postoperative pain score six days Results:The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), treatment group, six days after pain scores than the control group; the first10days of the postoperative pain score difference statistically significant (P>0.05). (2) Wound area and Wound healing rate:after the first treatment group, the wound area (6.73±0.86) square centimeters, wound area with the control group (8.52±0.62) cm2nine days; after16days treatment group, wound square cm area (2.11±0.31) in the control group (4.03±0.62cm2) square centimeters. Two sets of wound area, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01), the treatment group to promote wound healing, wound area reduction than the control group.(3) The total efficiency and wound healing time:two groups of clinical total effective rate was100%, wound healing time (17to21) days, the average wound healing time18.87days; control group, Don time (19to32) days of wound healing, the average healing time was25.50days. The two groups of average wound healing time was statistically significant difference (P<0.01), the treatment group than the control group. Conclusion:The treatment is more effective than the control group, anal fistula, anal fistula surgery to reduce postoperative complications, accelerate wound healing, table the Invention tree soup to reduce postoperative wound secretions, relieve pain, promote wound healing.
