Objective:To observe the effect of Qingchuangyin on wound pain, wound secretion and wound healing after operation of heat-toxic low perianal abscess, and to explore its clinical effect. Methods:According to the random number table,70 patients who met the study criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(n=35)and control group(n=35).Both groups received the same routine treatment on the day of operation and after operation. On the basis of routine treatment, the treatment group began to take Qingchuangyin orally on the first day after operation,1 dose a day, twice a day,a total of 2 courses of treatment,7 days as a course of treatment. The changes of wound pain and wound secretion on the 1st,3rd,7th and 14 th day after operation, the recovery of wound area on the 7th and 14 th day,and the wound healing rate were observed and recorded in the two groups on the 1st,3rd,7th and 14 th day after operation.record the time of wound healing and compare the total curative effect on the14 th day after operation. The symptom scores were recorded in the table, and the data were statistically analyzed by spss21 software.Results:1.The general data(age, sex, course of disease, original wound area)of the two groups were compared before treatment, and the results were not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that the general data were comparable.2.Wound pain: there was no significant difference in pain between the two groups on the1 st and 3rd day after operation(P>0.05).There was significant difference in pain between the treatment group and the control group on the 7th and 14 th day after operation(P<0.05),which indicated that the wound pain relief in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.3.Wound secretion: there was no significant difference in wound secretion between the two groups on the 1st and 3rd day after treatment(P > 0.05).There was a significant difference in wound secretion between the two groups on the 7th and 14 th day after treatment(P<0.05),which indicated that the decrease of secretion in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.4.Wound healing rate: there was significant difference in wound healing rate between the two groups on the 7th and 14 th day after operation(P<0.05).The results showed that the wound healing rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the wound healing rate of the treatment group was significantly faster than that of the control group.5.Wound healing time: there was significant difference in wound healing time between the two groups(P<0.05).The average healing time was 27.20 ±4.98 days in the treatment group and 31.60 ±3.42 days in the control group, indicating that the wound healing time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group.6.Total curative effect: there was no significant difference in the total curative effect on the 14 th day of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference between the two groups on the 14 th day. Conclusion:Qingchuangyin can effectively relieve wound pain, reduce wound secretion, increase wound healing rate, shorten wound healing time, shorten postoperative healing course and reduce patients' pain in patients with perianal abscess, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
