Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Bushen Zhuangjin Decoction Combined With Arthrolysis In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis With Deficiency Liver And Kidney

Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of Bushen Zhuangjin decoction combined with arthrolysis in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with deficiency liver and kidney.Provide basis and reference for clinic.Methods:60 patients with knee osteoarthritis of liver and kidney deficiency were selected.Random number table was used for random grouping: 30 patients were selected as the control group: Treatment of joint arthrolysis with loxoprofen sodium tablets.The other 30 cases were in the experimental group: On the basis of the control group combined with Bushen Zhuangjin decoction.VAS score,WOMAC score,TCM syndrome score,efficacy evaluation,and safety index of the affected limb after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment were evaluated,and the collected data were statistically analyzed to determine the therapeutic effect.Result:The total number of cases was 58,including 29 in the experimental group and 29 in the control group.There were no significant differences in gender,age,disease course and body mass index.Analysis of treatment results showed that.VAS scores were compared 2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both methods could relieve KOA pain,and the experimental group was better than the control group in terms of pain relief.Efficacy comparison,After 2 weeks of treatment,the effective rate was 100% in the experimental group and 75.86% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After 4 weeks of treatment: the effective rate of the experimental group was 100%,the control penetrance rate was 58.62%,and the effective rate of the control group was 100%,the control penetrance rate was 20.69%.There was a very significant difference in the efficacy between the two groups(P<0.01).It indicates that both methods can effectively relieve pain,stiffness and joint movement disorders caused by KOA,and the experimental group has better efficacy than the control group.By comparing the curative effect after 2 weeks and 4 weeks,it is shown that the curative effect of 4 weeks is better than that of 2 weeks.Comparison of curative effect of TCM symptoms,After 2 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the experimental group was 96.55%,and that of the control group was 62.07%.There was a significant difference in the curative effect after statistical analysis(P<0.01).After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 100%,the control penetrance rate was 44.82%,and the effective rate of the control group was 100% and the control penetrance rate was 20.69%.and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The results of statistical analysis show that the experimental group can significantly improve the symptoms of traditional chinese medicine,and the experimental group is better than the control group.By comparing the curative effect after 2 weeks and 4 weeks,it is shown that the curative effect of 4 weeks is better than that of 2 weeks.Conclusion:Both treatments can effectively relieve pain,improve joint function and improve quality of life.But the effect of Bushen Zhuangjin decoction combined with arthrolysis is better in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with deficiency liver and kidney.
