Object:To observe the therapeutic effects of Liu jun zi decoction combined with Saleterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation(50ug/250ug) on the clinical effects of the lung and spleen deficiency syndrome of COPD in remission period.Method:According to the digital random table,76cases of the lung and spleen deficiency syndrome of COPD in remission period patients were randomly divided into two groups:the therapeutic group and the control group, both with38cases. To observe the changes of the main symptoms, physical signs(including cough、expec-toration、short of breath、bloating、anorexia), MMRC and BMI.Result:The overall efficacy rate of the combined treatment group was85%, while75.0%of the control group. Both the main symptoms and physical signs were improved after the treatment. And the BMI increased and the dyspnea scores of MMRC decreased in both groups, while there’s remarkable difference between the two groups (p<0.05). It indicates that the combined treatment group has ascendancy in therapeutic effect.The patients of the combined treatment group has received a greater benefit.Conclusion:Treating the lung and spleen deficiency syndrome of COPD in remission period with the method of Liu jun zi decoction combine with Saleterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation(50ug/250ug),could mitigate patient’s systemic symptoms,and improve the BMI and MMRC.Joint use of these two drugs is reasonable.
