Objective:Through the clinical research on the treatment of constipation after stroke with acupuncture at Chángqiáng(GVl)combined with Jin's Three-needle.This subject observes and analyzes the changes of constipation symptoms and activities of daily living(ADL)before and after treatment, and discusses its clinical curative effect, aiming at improving the patients' quality of life, accelerating their rehabilitation process. Methods:According to the criteria of diagnosis, inclusion and exclusion,80 patients with constipation after stroke in acupuncture rehabilitation department of our hospital were selected. The patients in the group were divided into test group and control group by digital random method, with 40 cases in each group. The test group was treated with Chángqiáng(GVl)combined with Jin's Three-needle,while the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture. Both groups received acupuncture once a day for 30 min,6 times a week,2 weeks as a course of treatment, and 2 courses of continuous treatment(24 times in total). The severity of constipation clinical symptoms and activity of daily living were scored before and after treatment respectively. The scoring scales before and after treatment of the test group and the control group were compared to evaluate the clinical efficacy and analyze whether there is any difference in clinical efficacy between the two treatment methods.Results:1.The total score of constipation symptoms in the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),with significant difference and statistical significance, indicating that both treatment methods can effectively improve the clinical constipation symptoms of stroke patients. At the same time, comparing the total score of constipation symptoms after treatment between the two groups and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment, the test group has more obvious improvement than the control group(P<0.05),which indicates that the test group and the control group have obvious difference in improving constipation of stroke patients, and the test group has better curative effect than the control group.2.After treatment, the total scores of ADL in the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05).The difference was significant and statistically significant, indicating that the two treatment methods can effectively improve the ADL of stroke patients. At the same time, comparing the total score of ADL after treatment and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment, the test group has more obvious improvement than the control group(P<0.05),which indicates that the test group and the control group have obvious difference in improving the daily living activity of stroke patients, and the test group has better curative effect than the control group.3.In the test group, the total effective rate was 83.78%.In the control group, the total effective rate was 63.89%.Compared with the clinical efficacy of the two groups, there is significant difference(P<0.05),the overall therapeutic efficacy of the test group is better than that of the control group, and the treatment is effective. Conclusion:Acupuncture at Chángqiáng(GVl)combined with Jin's Three-needle can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of constipation after stroke, improve the activity of daily living of patients, improve the of patients' quality of life, and promote rehabilitation. Its clinical curative effect is better than conventional acupuncture method, which can be widely used in clinic.
