Eye Needle, Clinical Observations, Constipation After Treatment Of Qdbs Stroke

Purpose:By observing the clinical efficacy of the treatment of constipation after stroke with deficiency of Qi and stagnation of blood by eye acupuncture,compared with control group,indicate the effectiveness of acupuncture treatment。Object and method:we chose 60 cases of inpatients diagnosed as cerebral infarction and conformed to the standard from the neurological wards and outpatient,which divided into two groups according to the order of treatment,30 cases in acupuncture group,30 cases in control group。Both groups of patients were treated in accordance with the basis of neurology。On this basis ,the acupuncture group has been given eye acupuncture once a day and the control group was blank group without treatment。The treatment lasted for 7 days。7 days later ,the patients without defecation have been given enema。Both groups of patients were assessed on the basis of symptoms before and after treatment。All of data was analyzed by using SPSS 17.0 statistical software。Results:1.Before treatment,the acupuncture group compared with the control group show no significant difference in symptom scores(P>0.05),but the two groups after treatment show a larger difference (P<0.05)。In the acupuncture group,the symptom scores before treatment compared with after treatment show a larger difference (P<0.05),and in the control group the symptom scores before treatment compared with after treatment show no significant difference(P>0.05)。It illustrates that the eye acupuncture can improve symptoms of constipation and is better than the control group。2.After treatment,the acupuncture group compared with the control group on the first time required for defecation show a larger difference (P<0.05)。It illustrates that the eye acupuncture can promote defecation rapidly。 3.7 days later,the total effective rate of acupuncture group is 70.0% ,control group is 16.7%,and the difference between the two group is significant(P<0.05)。It shows that the total effective rate of acupuncture group is higher than the control group。Conclusion:The efficacy of constipation after stroke with deficiency of Qi and stagnation of blood by eye acupuncture is definite worthy of trying,because it can improve symptoms of constipation and promote defecation rapidly。...
