Observation On Clinical Curative Effect Of Acupoint Embedding Needle In Treating Post-stroke Constipation Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Purpose:to observe buried acupuncture needle therapy to qi deficiency and blood stasis type constipation after stroke in patients with clinical curative effect,and discusses the mechanism of the buried acupuncture needle therapy,so as to provide a practical for clinical treatment.Object and method:From liaoning university hospital of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture wards in the hospital patients to choose into the standard of 60 patients,using randomized controlled methods,divided into acupuncture points buried needle group(treatment group(30 cases)and normal acupuncture group(control group: 30 cases).Two groups were given medical basis traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,the control group given common acupuncture treatment,the treatment group in the control group on the basis of given buried acupuncture needle therapy,buried needle points to the huge imaginary,day pivot,te 6,abdomen,e.shu(all)on both sides,each hole buried needle 12 hours at a time.The two groups were subjected to one course of treatment for 7 days and two courses of efficacy observation.Observation of treatment 2 weeks after the total effective rate,constipation symptoms integral,constipation symptoms improvement,defecation time and followed up for 2 weeks for the first time during the treatment of patients with constipation symptom integral evaluation and analysis,discusses two kinds of patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type constipation after stroke patients with the difference of the result.The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 statistical software.Results: 1.During the whole course of treatment,there was no withdrawal,peeling or missing patients.2.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in gender,age,pathogenicity,course of disease,constipation symptom score,etc.(P>0.05).3.After 2 weeks of treatment,a total of 30 patients in the treatment group were cured,15 were cured,14 were effective,1 was ineffective,and the total effective rate was 96.66%.In the control group,a total of 30 patients were cured,5 were cured,15 were effective,10 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 66.66%.There was a statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).4.In the treatment group,there was a significant difference in the score of symptoms before and after treatment(P<0.05);In the control group,there was a difference in the score of symptoms before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in symptom score between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).5.There was a significant difference in the first bowel movement time between the two groups during treatment(P<0.05).6.Follow-up was conducted for 2 weeks after cessation of treatment,and there was a significant difference in constipation symptoms between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Acupoint acupuncture therapy for constipation after stroke has achieved good results.2.Acupoint embedding therapy can significantly reduce the clinical symptom score of constipation in patients with constipation after stroke.3.Acupoint embedding therapy significantly shortens the time of first defecation of constipated patients after stroke.4.Acupoint acupuncture therapy can significantly improve the fecal character,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,anal fissure,hematochezia and inappetence of constipation patients after stroke,and can improve the quality of life of constipation patients.5.Acupoint embedding therapy has an obvious curative effect compared with ordinary acupuncture therapy.
