Objective: Liver soup observe quiet treatment of Helicobacterpylori-related peptic ulcer clinical efficacy, safety, and to explore themechanism of action of quiet liver soup。Methods: The60patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly dividedinto a treatment group and a control group of30cases. The control groupreceived omeprazole enteric-coated capsules, amoxicillin, clarithromycintablet treatment. The treatment group received quiet Shugan Decoction. Thetwo groups are4weeks for a course of treatment ends one week after endoscopy,four weeks after Hp breath test, review Hp breath test again after10weeks.Results:1. Treatment group, the total efficiency of90.00%, higher thanthe total efficiency of80.00%. There was a significant difference betweenthe two groups (P <0.05).2. Two groups of patients clinical symptoms totalscore after treatment than before treatment were significantly different (P<0.01), and Chinese medicine treatment group improved total symptom score wassignificantly better than the control group (P <0.01).3. Treatment groupsin promoting the healing of ulcers and reduce Hp removals recurrence than thecontrol group (P <0.05).Conclution: The research prompted quiet liver soup is safe and effectivefor the treatment of H. pylori associated peptic ulcer prescriptions. |
