The Clinical Study Of Shugan Jianpi Mixture In The Treatment Of Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritiss With Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency And Dampness Heat Syndrome

Objective This project is a clinical study of Shugan Jianpi mixture in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis--the syndrome of spleen deficiency and liver depression combining the syndrome of damp-heat.Through the control experiment,objectively evaluating the clinical effect of Shugan Jianpi mixture in the treatment of chronic non atrophic gastritis with spleen deficiency and liver depression and dampness heat syndrome,providing some basis for the clinical application of Shugan Jianpi mixture in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis.Methods From February 2019 to October 2019,80 outpatients of the spleen and stomach department from Enshi National Hospital would be selected and included according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of Chinese and Western medicine.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).The treatment group was treated with Shugan Jianpi mixture,the control group was given lansoprazole capsule.Observe and record the scores of main symptoms,TCM syndrome score,electrogastrogram values and safety monitoring results before and after the treatment,and make statistics of the relevant results,so as to compare and verify the effectiveness of Shugan Jianpi mixture in the treatment of chronic non atrophic gastritis(spleen deficiency and liver depression and damp heat syndrome).Results 1.The curative effect is equivalent in the main symptoms in both of the treatment group and the control group.The curative effect of the treatment group on the improvement of TCM syndrome score is better,because of the treatment group on secondary symptoms was more significant.2.In the aspect of improving the main symptoms,the effective rate of TCM treatment group was 91.89%,higher than that of Western medicine treatment group(71.42%);the same in the improvement of TCM Syndromes(91.89% > 74.28%).3.Electrogastrogram: In the aspect of average amplitude of waveform and power ratio after / before meal,the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.4.Safety monitoring: All the reexamination results of 72 patients were within the normal range before and aftertreatment,no adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion 1.Shugan Jianpi mixture and lansoprazole sodium capsule are both useful;2.Shugan Jianpi mixture is superior to lansoprazole sodium capsule in TCM Syndromes curative effect and effective rate for chronic non-atrophic gastritis patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency and damp heat syndrome,it is safety and useful in clinic.
