Study On The Eradication Rate And Recurrence Rate Of Shugan Jianpi Decoction Combined With Standard Quadruple For Chronic Non-Atrophic Gastritis HP Infection

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shugan Jianpi Decoction combined with standard quadruple and simple western medicine standard quadruple in the treatment of HP-related chronic non-atrophic gastritis.And safety and other aspects of treatment,to provide clinical reference for the treatment of hp infection,explore new methods,and improve the efficacy of therapy.Methods:From February 2018 to June 2019,outpatients and inpatients at the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected,inclusive criteria 64 patients,and they were divided into two groups,32 cases in the test group and the control group.The test group was given Shugan Jianpi Decoction combined with standard quadruple,and the control group was given standard quadruple therapy,with 14 days as a course of treatment.The two groups were rechecked 13C-UBT after 1 month to observe the eradication;Recheck the 13C-UBT test again after 3 months and 6months to observe the recurrence rate.Record the symptom scores of the two groups before and after therapy,evaluate their efficacy,and observe the HP eradication rate,recurrence rate,and safety of the two groups.SPSS25.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis of the data,and finally a conclusion was drawn.Results:Three of the 64 patients undergoing the trial fell off,and finally included a total of 61 patients,31 in the test group and 30 in the control group.The HP eradication rate of the experimental group was 87.1%,and that 80.0% was control group.There was no difference(P>0.05)in the eradication rate between the two groups.After treatment,obviously improved symptoms of test group than the control group,such as fullness or pain in the stomach cavity,belching too much,discomfort in the ribs,odor in the mouth,acid reflux,noisyness,fatigue(P<0.05).After therapy,the overall score of the two groups of patients was evidently lower than before therapy,and the disparity was statistically meaningful(P<0.05);the overall score of the experimental group after therapy was obviously lower than the control group,and the discrepancy was statistically significant(p<0.05).In terms of the total efficacy rate,the experimental group was 96.8% and the control group was 83.3%.The efficacy of the experimental group was obviously better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After rechecking 13C-UBT 3 months later,the relapse rates of the test group and the control group were3.7% and 20.8%,separately.The experimental group was lower than the control group,but the discrepancy is not statistically significant(P>0.05);Rechecking 13C-UBT 6 months later,the relapse rates of the test group and the control group were 11.1% and37.5%,respectively.The recrudescence rate of the test group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P <0.05).In terms of the incidence of adverse reactions,the test group was 6.5% and the control group was 26.7%.The incidence of adverse reactions in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion: Shugan Jianpi Decoction combined with standard quadruple for the treatment of HP infection in chronic non-atrophic gastritis is better than that of quadruple therapy,which significantly improves the clinical symptoms of patients,improves quality of life,and reduces the long-term recurrence rate of HP It is safe to use and can be used in clinical application and promotion.
