OBSERVATION: On the basis of the Yijinjing Tuotian styple, combined with the myofascial chain theory, this paper proposes to strengthen the function of the human rear and side chains while minimizing the movement.Using the mcu system, from the aspect of muscle mechanics, comprehensive, standardized and objective research and evaluation of the clinical effectiveness of myofascial chain training, systematically improve the exercise method, and determine its clinical efficacy, compare patients before and after treatment The biomechanical changes of the cervical vertebrae were used to investigate the clinical efficacy of myofascial chain training in the treatment of patients with cervical instability. Methods: Sixty patients with cervical instability who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group by spss20.0 software. In the treatment group,2 cases were shedding in the treatment group and 1 case in the control group, which was finally included. There were 57 cases in the study condition,28 in the treatment group and 29 in the control group. The observation group was treated with Yijinjing Tuotian styple combined with myofascial chain, and the control group was treated with traditional neck massage. The treatment group and the control group were treated. For 8 weeks, patients were assessed for isometric strength and activity and pain scores before and after treatment. Finally, these data were collected and statistical analysis was performed using spss20.0 software to compare the differences between the two therapies.RESULTS: Before and after treatment, the neck muscle flexion and extension, lateral flexion and other long muscle strength were measured by MCU equipment. There was no significant difference in the isometric muscle strength between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05).After treatment, the two groups of flexion, extension, left lateral flexion and right flexion were increased compared with the pre-treatment(p< 0.05),after treatment, the observation group had a significant increase in muscle strength compared with the control group(p<0.05).Before and after treatment, the cervical flexion, posterior extension, left lateral flexion, right flexion, left auger and right circumflex were measured by MCU device. There was no significant difference in activity between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05).After treatment, the activity in all directions was higher than that before treatment(p<0.05).After treatment, the activity of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.(p<0.05).The pre-treatment vas scores of the two groups were approximately the same(p>0.05).The vas scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(p<0.05).After treatment, the vas scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(p< 0.05).Conclusion: 1.The neck pain of patients after myofascial chain training was significantly alleviated;2.After the treatment of myofascial chain, the left lateral rotation, right rotation, left flexion, right flexion, flexion and extension of the cervical spine were significantly increased in patients with cervical instability.
