The number of food poisoning has been increasing in recent years.The H hospital is located in the densely populated area of Haidian District and bear the important role of rescue and protection.In an emergency,how to reduce the waiting time for patients,to improve the rate of treatment,to enhance the patient's trust in the hospital and the hospital's own reputation is the urgent problem to be solved in the rapid development of the hospital.Based on the analysis of the existing first aid procedure of mass food poisoning in the hospital,the dissertation uses the Arena simulation platform to establish the first aid flow simulation model to find the minimum resource allocation needed by the emergency department in the face of different numbers of mass food poisoning patients.Specific research contents are as follows: Firstly,Through the data query and field survey,detailed information on H hospital resources and determined the first aid process for mass food poisoning patients;Secondly,the Arena's own input analyzer(Input Analyzer)is used to analyze the collected data,and the distribution of the attribute values of each module is determined;and then according to the flow chart to establish simulation model for emergency treatment of mass food poisoning patients;Finally,using Arena's own optimization tool(OptQuest)to analyze the minimum amount of resources needed and to summed up the minimum number of resources required under a certain number of mass food poisoning patients.At the same time,it was found that the bottleneck of emergency resource allocation was mainly in the configuration of the medical staff in the critical patient area and the configuration of the mechanical equipment.And suggested that the hospital to cultivate the ability of medical practitioners as a starting point,so that the hospital could improve resource utilization and the hospital's first aid ability in an emergency situation.The results of this dissertation have important guiding significance on how to allocate resources effectively,reduce the waiting time of patients,and reduce the aggravation of patients' condition...
