In recent years,scientific and efficient functional training has been widely used in competitive sports,and then,some experts and scholars gradually apply it to school sports,but the scope of its application is still not combined with the specific courses of college sports.It is found that functional training is beneficial to improve the stability of primary school short tennis players,and to improve the physical quality and basic sports ability of college students.In this paper,combined with tennis,which plays an important role in college physical education,the functional training is supposed to be applied to college physical education tennis course,to explore the influence of functional training on sports injury prevention and hitting stability of college students in tennis elective course,so as to provide substantive reference for the application of functional training in College Physical Education tennis course.This research mainly adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment,mathematical statistics and so on.Two tennis elective classes of Fudan University were randomly selected as the objects of investigation.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.24 students were selected from each class for the experiment,the experimental group for functional training intervention,and the control group for routine tennis class.The control group only carried out routine tennis teaching without any other intervention;the experimental group made a 12 week functional training plan,the training time was every Tuesday morning,each time for 40 minutes,respectively in the preparation part and the end part of 20 minutes.The training content includes six parts: pillar and movement preparation,rapid stretching and compounding,movement skills,strength and explosive force training,endurance training,recovery and regeneration training,among which the technical and tactical teaching contents of the experimental group and the control group are the same.Before and after the experiment,functional movement screen(FMS)and international tennis number(ITN)were used to test the hitting depth and precision.Spss20.0 was used for data analysis.The experimental data were normal distribution.Paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test were carried out respectively,P < 0.05.It was considered that there was significant difference.The results showed that: 1.After the FMS test,there was no significant difference in the FMS score of the control group before and after the experiment(P > 0.05);the FMS score of the experimental group before and after the experiment had a significant difference(P < 0.01);the FMS score of the experimental group and the control group after the experiment had a significant difference(P < 0.01),and the FMS score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.This shows that the application of functional training in tennis class can effectively prevent the occurrence of sports injuries of college students,which is of positive significance to improve the stability of tennis forehand and backhand.2.After the depth accuracy test in ITN test,there was a significant difference in the test indexes before and after the experiment in the control group(P < 0.05);there was a significant difference in the test indexes before and after the experiment in the experimental group(P < 0.01);there was a significant difference in the test indexes after the experiment in the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.01),and the experimental group had a more significant impact on improving the tennis hitting stability of college students.This shows that the application of functional training in tennis class can effectively improve the stability of College Students' tennis batting.The above research draws the following conclusions: 1.The functional training tennis class has a positive impact on the functional movement screening of college students.It improves the joint flexibility,stability and multi-dimensional stability of the body of college students in the tennis elective class,and has a positive significance for the prevention of sports injury.2.The comparative analysis of the functional training tennis class and the conventional tennis class shows that both the functional training tennis class and the conventional tennis class can achieve the teaching objectives of the tennis class,and the impact of the functional training tennis class on college students is more comprehensive,which is conducive to the prevention of sports injury,so as to strengthen the stability of tennis forehand and backhand,and ultimately to improve the tennis skill level of students.3.Through the comparison between the functional training tennis class and the conventional tennis class,the functional training tennis class is superior to the conventional tennis group in the prevention of sports injury and the improvement of the stability of the backhand and forehand strokes of tennis.Therefore,it is necessary to add functional training in college tennis course.
