| Objective: chronic ankle instability(CAI)is a common phenomenon of abnormal functional activities such as decreased muscle strength and balance ability of ankle joint due to repeated ankle sprain. This study intervenes college students’ Cai patients through dance function training combined with conventional rehabilitation treatment, observes and compares the intervention effects of the two methods on Cai patients, provides new ideas for the rehabilitation of CAI patients, and provides a theoretical basis for the effect of functional training combined with conventional rehabilitation treatment.Research methods: 1.Participants: through publicity, recruitment and screening,36 college students with chronic ankle instability in Xi’an Institute of physical education were randomly divided into three groups.Group C: routine rehabilitation treatment(n= 12);Group W: Dance function training(n = 12);Group C + W: routine rehabilitation therapy combined with dance function training(n = 12).2.Intervention methods:(1)group C,routine rehabilitation intervention. The content includes muscle strength training, balance and coordination training.Among them, muscle strength training includes three movements: heel lifting, resistance foot hooking and resistance foot stretching. Each movement is trained 10 times / group,a total of 5 groups, and the rest between groups is 15-30s;The balance training uses Bosu ball, which is divided into 4stages,3 times / week according to the advanced training principle. Each training is 60 minutes in total,3 times / week,a total of 8 weeks;(2)In group W,sports dance related movement training intervention was carried out,and three movements were selected:the fixed-point turn of Latin Rumba in sports dance, the basic rise and fall in kuklocha and modern waltz.First make a fixed-point turn, kuklocha, and finally complete the basic lifting action. Each movement training is 20 times / group,a total of 10 groups. The rest between groups is 15-30 s,and each training is 60 min,3 times / week,a total of 8 weeks;(3)On the basis of routine rehabilitation treatment, group C + W carried out sports dance related movement training intervention. The content of routine training was consistent with that of group C,and the dance function training was consistent with that of group W.routine rehabilitation treatment was carried out first, followed by sports dance movement training. Each training was 60 minutes,3 times / week,a total of 8weeks.3.Evaluation method: the three groups of subjects were evaluated before the experiment and 8 weeks after the intervention, including visual analog scale / score(VAS);Ankle functional assessment scale(AJFAJ)and Cumberland ankle instability assessment questionnaire;Unipedal stance test(UST);Y-Balance;Peak plantar flexion torque(PPT),peak dorsal flexion torque(DPT),total plantar flexion work(PTW),total dorsal flexion work(DTW);Ankle range of motion(ROM).The evaluation data were used spss26 0 version statistical software analysis, the evaluation results are expressed as mean ± standard deviation, paired sample t-test is used for intra group significant difference test, and one-way ANOVA is used for inter group significant difference test. Results: 1 Results of scale: compared with that before the experiment, the scores of ajfaj scale in group C + W,group C and group w increased(P < 0.05)and vas scale decreased(P < 0.01);After the experiment, the score of C + w group was lower than that of W Group(P < 0.05).2.Isokinetic muscle strength results: compared with that before the experiment, the PPT value in group C,group W and group C + W increased after the experiment(P< 0.01,P < 0.05,P < 0.01).Compared between groups, after the experiment, the PPT value in group C + W was significantly higher than that in group C(P < 0.01);PTW value, compared with that before the experiment, increased in the three groups after the experiment(P < 0.01).Among the groups, the PTW value in C + w group was significantly higher than that in C group(P < 0.01);In terms of DPT data, the DPT values of group C and group C + W increased after the experiment(P < 0.01,P < 0.05),and there was no significant change in the group compared with the three groups(P >0.05).In terms of DTW,group C increased before and after the experiment(P < 0.05).The comparison results between groups showed that the DTW value of group C + W was higher than that of group C(P < 0.05).3.Balance coordination results: in terms of static balance ability, compared with that before the experiment, the UST time of C + W Group and w group increased after8 weeks of experiment(P < 0.01,P < 0.05).In the comparison between groups, the UST time of C + w group increased compared with C group(P < 0.05),and significantly increased compared with W Group(P < 0.01);In terms of dynamic balance ability, compared with that before the experiment, the y-balance scores of group C,group W and group C + W increased significantly after 8 weeks of experiment(P < 0.01).In the comparison between groups, the y-balance scores of group C + W increased significantly compared with group C(P < 0.05)and group w(P < 0.01).4.Joint range of motion results: after 8 weeks of experiment, the joint range of motion of the three groups was improved compared with that before the experiment. The activities of plantar flexion, dorsal flexion and varus in group C and group C + W increased(P < 0.05),and the activities of valgus in group C + W and group w increased(P < 0.05).The activity of plantar flexion was increased in group C + W,group C and group w(P < 0.05),and the valgus angle was increased in group C + W and group C(P < 0.05).Conclusions:(1)8-week routine rehabilitation therapy, functional training or routine rehabilitation therapy combined with functional training can improve the subjective feeling of CAI patients, relieve pain, strengthen muscle strength, improve balance ability and increase joint flexibility.(2)The performance of the three methods is different. The specific performance is that the routine rehabilitation treatment improves the work ability of plantar flexion significantly, the functional training improves the static balance ability of CAI patients more significantly, and the routine rehabilitation treatment combined with functional training improves the dynamic balance ability of CAI patients more significantly. |
