Objective: drug addiction has become a global major problem.This paper mainly studies the effects of medium and high intensity exercise on the brain fitness and drug craving of drug addicts,and analyzes the correlation between the two effects,and explores the correlation between the indicators of brain fitness and drug craving,and provides theoretical support for targeted functional rehabilitation training of drug addicts in the future,so as to provide theoretical support for targeted functional rehabilitation training of drug addicts in the future.It also can reduce the relapse rate and improve the brain fitness.Methods: 128 drug addicts were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The male and female subjects were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 32 in each group.They were intervened with medium and high intensity exercise for 24 weeks,while the control group was not intervened.The physical fitness index,brain fitness index and drug craving were tested before and after the intervention.The test data were analyzed by Excel 2016 and spss19.0 software,and the basic information data were analyzed by chi square test.The significance of the sample mean difference was tested by independent sample t test,and the independent sample test of nonparametric test was used for those that did not conform to the normal distribution.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between drug craving and physical fitness index,brain fitness index.Results:(1)There are significant differences in waistline(P< 0.05),body mass index(BMI)and waist-to-hip ratio(WHR)(P<0.001),HRrate,systolic blood pressure and vital capacity(P<0.01)in male group E after training.After intervention,systolic blood pressure in group C increased significantly(P<0.01).All qualities of group E and group C are improved to different degrees except grip strength,especially in group E,which reach a very significant degree(P<0.001).In terms of core attention,group E and group C are improved compared with those before intervention(Group E,P<0.001;group C,P<0.05),and there is extremely significant difference after training in Group E(P<0.001).Dynamic attention and attention distribution are significantly improve in Group E after intervention(dynamic attention P<0.05,attention distribution P<0.01),and there is significant difference between group E and group C(P<0.05).In terms of selective attention,there is significant difference between group E and group C after the experiment(P<0.01).There are significant differences in reaction time,single foot standing with eyes closed and five meter three events between group E and group C after training(P<0.01 for five meter three events and one foot standing with eyes closed,P<0.001 for reaction time).(2)After the intervention training,the waistline of female subjects in Group E and group C decreased significantly(P<0.05),but there is no difference between the two groups(P>0.05);the hipline of female subjects in Group E decreased significantly(P<0.001),and the difference is significant with group C(P<0.05);compared with before the intervention,the vital capacity of group E increase significantly(P<0.001),and the difference is very significant between group E and group C after the intervention(P<0.05).In the aspect of step index,compared with before intervention,there is a significant increase in Group E(P<0.05),and there is a significant difference between group E and group C after intervention(P<0.01).In Group E,sit ups,sit forward flexion,vertical jump and 50 m all reached extremely significant degree(P<0.001),and there is an extremely significant difference between group E and group C(P<0.001).After intervention,both sit ups and vertical jump in group C are also improved and the difference is extremely significant(P<0.001).In terms of core attention,group E have a very significant improvement compared with that before the intervention(P<0.01),and there is a very significant difference between the two groups after training(P<0.001).In terms of selective attention,group E increase significantly(P<0.05),but group C decrease significantly(P<0.05),resulting in a very significant difference between group E and group C after the experiment(P<0.01).There are significant differences between group E and group C(P<0.001).(3)For drug craving,there are extremely significant differences between male and female E group before intervention(P<0.001).After intervention,there are extremely significant differences between male E group and C group(P<0.001),and there are also significant differences between female C group before intervention(P<0.01).(4)In the experimental group,there is a moderate correlation between BMI and drug craving in men,but a weak correlation between BMI and drug craving in women.There is a strong negative correlation between the core attention index and drug craving in all subjects,and there is a significant difference(P<0.05).There is a moderate correlation between the reaction time and the core attention index,and there is a very significant difference between the female subjects(P<0.01).Conclusion: moderate and high intensity exercise can effectively improve the physical condition of drug addicts.physical fitness and brain fitness indicators are improved in varying degrees,the corresponding physical quality is also improved,especially the core attention level which is highly related to cognitive function is significantly improved.Compared with before and after exercise intervention,drug craving decreased significantly.Exercise can reduce drug craving,and the decrease has a strong correlation with brain fitness index.
