Study Of Sandnlav Intervention To Drug Craving And Relative Factors In Male Drug Ddicts

：With the spread and development of Sandplay Therapy in China, somerehabilitation hospital and compulsory isolated detoxification center began to bringSandplay Therapy into daily detoxification process. Practice found that Sandplay canactively promote drug addicts mood, improve interpersonal relationship, personality,and have a great impact on the effectiveness of detoxification. However, what impactSandplay has on the drug addicts? Between Individual Sandplay and Group Sandplay,which is more effective? To achieve the best effect, how many times is Sandplayneeded? These problems are still not clear, nor do we have related research domestically.So,investigating the effect of Sandplay for drug addicts can provide theoretical guidanceand practical support for the Sandplay Therapy theory and detoxification work.In order to test Sandplay intervention effect of drug addicts, this study randomlyselected18male drug addicts from the compulsory isolation detoxification, randomlydivided into three groups, respectively two months Group Sandplay, IndividualSandplay and without intervention.This study combined with environmental cue-exposure therapy, using biofeedbackInfiniti3000A、Drug craving Self-assessment worksheet、Symptom checklist90anddetoxification psychological self rating scale as the measurement tool to measure fourphysical signs, drug craving, the level of mental health and drug psychological of thedrug addicts before and after the Sandplay intercention. The statistical analysis shows:Sandplay can significantly reduce the environmental cue-exposure drug addicts’EMG and GSR, effectively reduce the drug craving, can significantly promote thedevelopment of interpersonal relationship, reduce anxiety and depression, improve themental health level of addicts, can also improve self-awareness, offence, detoxificationand rehabilitation motivation, promote detoxification psychological level. It can ‘tsignificantly influence the environmental cue-exposure drug addicts’ HR and RESP.There are no significant differences between different types Sandplay intervention. Ingeneral, Individual Sandplay effect is better, but when the intervention is less than5times, Group Sandplay on drug craving effect is better.
