| Objective:To investigate the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on angina pectoris symptoms,Chinese medicine symptoms, electrocardiogram and Seattle angina pectoris scale scores in patients with coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis). To explore its clinical efficacy. Methods:The cases were selected from 40 patients who were diagnosed as stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)in the Department of Cardiology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April to December 2018,and were treated with self-control methods. After the enrollment,on the basis of Western medicine treatment, supplemented with Buyang Huanwu Decoction, was administered twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening,150 ml/time,lasting for 4 weeks. The changes of angina symptoms, traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, electrocardiogram and Seattle angina score were observed before and after treatment.Results:1.Symptoms of angina:Compared with before treatment, the score of angina symptoms decreased after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The total effective rate was 92.11%.2.Change of TCM syndromes:After treatment, the score of TCM syndromes was significantly lower than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The results showed that the total effective rate was 89.47%.3.ECG changes:after treatment, the effective rate was68.42%,18 cases were effective,8 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were ineffective, and 0 cases were aggravated.4.Seattle Quality of Life Score:After treatment, patients’ physical activity limitation(PL),angina stable state(AS),angina attack(AF),treatment satisfaction(TS),and disease awareness(DP)scores were higher than thosebefore treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions:Adding or subtracting Buyang Huanwu Decoction can improve angina symptoms,TCM syndromes,ECG ischemia and quality of life of patients with stable angina pectoris(qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type). |
