Clinical Observation On 30 Cases Of Acne With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome Treated By Sanhuangquyu Decoction And External Washing

Objective: To treat 30 cases of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome by applying Sanhuangquyu Decoction and external lavage,observe the clinical efficacy of Sanhuangquyu Decoction and explore its mechanism of action,and provide new clinical application for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of acne in the future.Thoughts and lessons.Methods: A total of 30 patients who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled in the study.The patients were from 2018.1-2019.1 to the outpatient clinic of our hospital.All the patients were treated with Sanhuangquyu Decoction,three times a day,150 ml each time,and three times.After washing the local skin lesions with Sanhuangquyu Decoction,use the Sanhuangquyu soup to soak the gauze on the sore surface,and finally gauze dressing and dressing treatment,once a day.The treatment course was 30 days,and the patient was reviewed and observed once every 10 days.The effects of the ulcer surface before and after treatment,including the lesion area,were observed and recorded before treatment,after 10 days of treatment,after 20 days of treatment,and after 30 days of treatment(end of treatment).Color,secretion,local sensation,new granulation tissue,TCM syndromes and adverse reactions;after 1 month of treatment,patients with clinical cure and markedly effective treatment were followed up to observe whether there was recurrence or aggravation.Finally,all data were statistically analyzed.Results:(1)Disease evaluation: 9 cases were cured,6 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,the effective rate was 86.67%,and the inefficiency was 13.33%.It can be seen that Sanhuangquyu Decoction is treated with external washing for qi deficiency and blood stasis.The overall effect of sore on the healing of skin lesions is better.TCM syndrome evaluation: 100% effective,TCM syndrome improvement effect is significant.(2)There was a statistically significant difference in the granulation tissue and color before and after treatment.The granulation tissue was not different from the treatment before treatment for 10 days.There was a significant difference from the 20 th day of treatment,and the color and TCM syndrome improvement were all improved.There was a significant difference at 10 days.Conclusion: Sanhuangquyu Decoction for external treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome can show good curative effect,and it has a good effect on the growth and color change of granulation tissue.The TCM syndrome can also be significantly improved without obvious adverse reactions.Recurrence,so Sanhuangquyu decoction is applied to qi deficiency and blood stasis type acne with good curative effect,convenient operation and high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
