Clinical Effect Observation Of Treatment Of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis Of Kidney-Yang Deficiency Type With Yishenmigu Decoction

Objective:By observing the clinical effect of Yishenmigu decoction in the treatment of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis of Kidney-Yang Deficiency type,to provide the basis for clinical application.Methods:Selected 60 cases of patients who had Postmenopausal Osteoporosis of Kidney-Yang Deficiency type and met the inclusion criteria,from orthopaedics department of Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2019.The control group was given Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D₃ Tablets???and Calcitriol Capsules.On the basis of the treatment of the control group,the experimental group was given the addition and subtraction of Yishenmigu Decoction.Both groups were treated for 3months.Collected two groups'general data and the other date which before and after treatment,including VAS score,blood bone turnover markers,blood estradiol and the occurrence of adverse reactions.The blood calcium was monitored once a month during treatment in all patients.The liver and kidney function and blood routine were examined before and at the end of treatment in the two groups and 2 weeks,1 month and 2 months after the treatment in the experimental group to evaluate the drug safety.Then the data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 statistical software.Results:1.There were no statistically significant differences in general data,including age,years since menopause,course of the disease,body mass index,bone mineral density,between the two groups?P>0.05?,so the two groups were comparable.2.Before treatment,there were no significant differences in VAS score,blood bone formation marker?PINP?,blood bone resorption marker??-CTX?and blood estradiol between the two groups?P>0.05?.3.At the end of treatment,the VAS score in the two groups after treatment were improved than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant?P<0.05?.The levels of blood?-CTX in the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant?P<0.05?.And the experimental group showed more significant improvement in the above two indicators than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.4.On the level of PINP,there was no change in the experimental group after treatment compared with before treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant?P>0.05?.The level of PINP in the control group was lower after treatment than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant?P<0.05?.5.In the experimental group and the control group,the difference of blood estradiol level before and after treatment was not statistically significant?P>0.05?.And the difference between the two groups after treatment was not statistically significant?P>0.05?.6.In this study,the total effective rate was 79.31%in the control group and 93.33%in the experimental group.The difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant?P<0.05?.Conclusion:Yishenmigu Decoction combined with Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D₃Tablets???and Calcitriol Capsule is safe and effective in treating Postmenopausal Osteoporosis of Kidney-Yang Deficiency type,which can significantly reduce the pain symptoms,can reduce the level of blood?-CTX,does not reduce the level of blood PINP.The efficacy is better than that of pure using Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D₃ Tablets???and Calcitriol Capsule,and it has no effect on the level of blood estradiol.
