Clinical Observation Of Shengsuijiangu Capsule Combined With Alendronate Sodium In The Treatment Of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis Of Kidney-yang Deficiency Type

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of oral Shengsuijiangu Capsule combined with Alendronate Sodium in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis of kidney-yang deficiency type.Methods : From January 2018 to October 2018,60 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly selected from the outpatient department of Orthopaedics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine,and were randomly divided into three groups according to the order of visits,20 cases in each group,namely treatment group(oral Shengsuijiangu Capsule combined with Alendronate Sodium),the control group 1(oral Shengsuijiangu Capsule alone),and control group 2(oral Alendronate Sodium alone).The treatment time was three courses.VAS pain score,TCM syndrome score,bone mineral density changes,laboratory index and clinical efficacy were recorded and compared before and after treatment in the three groups,and the results were analyzed statistically.Results : The total effective rate of the treatment group was as high as94.73%,significantly higher than that of control group 1(84.21%)and control group 2(88.89%)(P < 0.05).After three courses of treatment,the VAS pain score,TCM syndrome score,bone mineral density change and laboratory indexes of the three groups were better than those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group 1 and the control group 2(P < 0.05).Conclusion : For postmenopausal osteoporosis patients,Shengmui Jianggu Capsule combined with alendronate sodium has more obvious curative effect,which is conducive to alleviating pain and improving clinical symptoms.This method is effective,safe and reliable,and reasonable in price.It is worthy of clinical application.
