Objective: By comparing the effects of different intervention methods on the recovery of facial nerve function in patients with obstinate facial paralysis, the aim is to observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment of obstinate facial paralysis by acupuncture through tendons combined with electroacupuncture. Methods: In this study,60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of Chinese and Western medicine, and signed informed consent, were randomly divided into two groups. The Treatment Group was established by acupuncture through tendon combined with electro-acupuncture,and the control group was treated by acupuncture combined with electro-acupuncture.The Treatment Group and the control group each 30 cases, all treatment 3 courses. The patients in the two groups were evaluated with the facial nerve function assessment form before treatment and after 3 courses of treatment. The data were collected and collated, and analyzed and compared with SPSS 20.0 software,to evaluate the clinical effect of the two groups.Results:1.After three courses of treatment,6 cases were cured,22 cases were effective,2 cases were effective and 0 cases were ineffective in the treatment group,3 cases were cured,21 cases were effective,4 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective in the control group, and 93.33% of the patients in the treatment group were cured,it was significantly superior to the control group by 80.00%(p < 0.05).2.Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the Treatment Group and the Control Group(p > 0.05),and after 3 courses of treatment, there was significant difference between the treatment group and the Control Group(P & Lt;0.01),the improvement of the score of the facial nerve function in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.3.In the control group, the difference was significant(p < 0.05)before treatment and after 3 courses of treatment, which showed that the control group was effective in treatment.4.In the treatment group, there was significant difference between before treatment and after 3courses of treatment(p < 0.05),which showed that the treatment group was effective.Conclusions:1.The facial nerve function of the patients with obstinate facial paralysis can be improved after 3 courses of treatment by penetrating acupuncture through tendon combined with electroacupuncture and electroacupuncture combined with electroacupuncture.2.The recovery of facial nerve function of the patients with obstinate facial paralysis treated by the combination of acupuncture and electroacupuncture is better than the combination of acupuncture and electroacupuncture.
