Objective:To observe the curative effect of abdominal acupuncture combined with respiratory training in the treatment of blood stasis type of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:60 cases of blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation were randomly selected from the random number table and divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with abdominal acupuncture combined with respiratory training, and the control group was treated with abdominal acupuncture alone. The general data of the two groups were recorded in detail, the VAS evaluation and JOA low back pain score before treatment,1 week after treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 3 weeks after treatment.Statistical software spss20.0 was used to analyze the data and analyze the clinical efficacy of the two groups according to the results..Results:1.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)in general data,JOA low back pain score and VAS evaluation before treatment, which was comparable.2.After 3 weeks of treatment,13 cases in the observation group were cured,16 cases were improved,1 case was not cured, the total effective rate was 96.67%;6 cases in the control group were cured,21 cases were improved,3 cases were not cured, the total effective rate was90.00%.After 3 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the two groups was more than90%.The observation group was higher, and was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of JOA score: after 3 weeks of treatment, the control group and the group before treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the analysis of repeated measurement results, the effect between subjects was significant(P<0.05),indicating that there was a difference in JOA score between the two groups;the time was significant(P<0.05),indicating that JOA score of the two groups over time Time × group was significant(P<0.05),indicating that the level of JOA score of different treatment methods changes with time;there is no statistical significance between the two groups after 1 week and 2 weeks treatment(P>0.05),and there is statistical significance between the two groups after 3 weeks treatment(P<0.05)4.Comparison of VAS score: after 3 weeks of treatment, the control group and the group before treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the analysis of repeated measurement results, the effect between subjects was significant(P<0.05),indicating the difference of VAS scores between the two groups;the time was significant(P<0.05),indicating the change of VAS scores between the two groups over time However, the time×group was significant(P<0.05)showed that the VAS scores of different treatment methods changed with time. There was no statistical significance between the two groups after 1 week and 2 weeks treatment(P>0.05),and there was statistical significance between the two groups after 3 weeks treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Abdominal acupuncture combined with respiratory training and abdominal acupuncture alone can improve the lumbar pain and lumbar function.2.The curative effect of abdominal acupuncture combined with respiratory training on lumbar disc herniation is better than that of abdominal acupuncture alone, and the the effective period is 3 weeks.
