Clinical Study Of Sibaiqucuo Decoction In The Treatment Of Acne Of Damp-heat Syndrome

Objective According theoretical research and Clinical Observation,this paper discusses the clinical effect of modified Sibaiqucuo decoction in the treatment of acne with dampness and stasis,and provides the clinical basis for the treatment of acne.Methods The patients were selected from June 2018 to October 2019 to visit the outpatient department of TCM of Minda hospital affiliated to Hubei Minzu University,84 patients were included in the group,and were randomly divided into treatment group and observation group.The treatment group was treated with Sibaiqucuo decoction,and the control group was treated with Minocycline for 6weeks.GAGS,TCM symptom scores and DLQI scores were recorded and compared before and after treatment.All data were analyzed with SPSS24.0 software.Result1.The baseline data(sex,age,course of disease,grade of disease severity),GAGS score,TCM Syndrome score and DLQI score of the two groups before treatment were compared.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2.After 6 weeks of treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group was better than the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment and before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the two groups were better than before treatment.3.After 6 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 85%,and that of the control group was 62.9%.Conclusion1.The Treatment Group and the Control Group had significant effect on the treatment of acne of dampness-stasis type;2.the two groups were compared by Gags scale,Chinese Medicine Syndrome scale and quality of life scale,the therapeutic effect of the Treatment Group was better than that of the Control Group,which was worthy of clinical application.
