Study On The Handling Of Public Health Emergency Events In China In The New Era

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that deepening the reform of the medical and health system,establishing the basic medical and health system with Chinese characteristics,the medical security system and the high-quality and efficient medical and health service system are the national health policies for implementing the strategy of healthy China in the new era.In recent years,the frequent public health emergencies in our country have posed a serious threat to the life safety and social order of our people.The scope,types and changes of the events are difficult to control.The unreasonable allocation of public health resources,the loopholes in the early warning evaluation and supervision system and other conditions restrict the effectiveness of emergency agencies in dealing with public health incidents.To analyze the causes of the incidents and eliminate the incentives from the root causes,and take scientific and effective emergency management measures to improve the current situation of domestic public health development,put forward higher requirements for the sound degree of domestic public health emergency management system and the ability of the Party and government to deal with emergencies.Therefore,in the new era,the disposal of public health emergency incidents in our country includes early warning,prevention and control,late investigation and evaluation,and recovery and rectification.It is a key issue for our party and government to improve the national public health emergency management system to protect people's lives and property security.This paper will take public health emergency events in recent years as an example,put forward the evaluation of the emergency disposal of the Party and the government,and put forward reasonable suggestions on the disposal of public health emergency events and emergency prevention and control.Guided by the Marxist theory,applying the relevant principles of administrative management and combining with the actual disposal of public health emergency events,this paper first combs the relevant literature,and carries out case analysis on the general situation of various public health incidents and the execution and promotion space of the emergency disposal process,and then uses the research methods of literature,empirical analysis and comparative analysis.Based on the current situation of typical public healthemergency disposal at home and abroad in recent years,this paper compares the disposal data of various related incidents through lists,analyses the background,causes and impact on society of public health emergency in the new era,and analyses the current emergency disposal cases of local governments with the relevant data and the process of regulation and control made public by the government.It is emphasized that in the new era,China should pay attention to improving the efficiency of handling public health emergency events,strengthening the strength of public health early warning,prevention and control,and the Countermeasures of supervision.At the same time,the corresponding policy construction is put forward for properly handling all kinds of public health emergency events.
