Investigation On Emergency Nurses' Emergency Ability And Psychological Capital In Emergency Public Health Events

Objective:1.To provide a more scientific assessment tool for evaluating emergency nurses' emergency public health emergency response capabilities.2.To understand the current status and influencing factors of emergency public health emergency response capacity and psychological capital of nurses in a city in Shanxi Province,and explore the relationship between the two,in order to improve the psychological capital level of nurses and Make it more positive,and then improve the emergency response ability of nurses in the face of public health emergencies.Methods:Since there is no suitable questionnaire for investigating emergency nurses 'ability to respond to public health emergencies,this project is divided into two parts: the first part is the compilation of the emergency nurses 'emergency public health emergency response questionnaire and the reliability and validity: the second part is the investigation and analysis of the emergency nurses' emergency public health emergency response ability and psychological capital.To provide a reference for the training of post-care managers.Using literature research method,after group discussion,combined with the interview results of 8 nurses in the emergency department,the Delphi method was used to determine the initial questionnaire by 20 rounds of consultations with 20 experts to facilitate the selection of 228 emergency nurses in a city in Shanxi Province as apreliminary survey Subjects,verify the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,determine the final entry,and form a formal questionnaire.Convenient sampling selected568 emergency nurses from a general hospital in Shanxi Province as the research object for a formal survey.The survey contents included:(1)general demographic data of nurses;(2)self-made questionnaires for emergency nurses' emergency response to public health emergencies;Revised questionnaire.The corresponding database is established by excel,all data are entered by double check,and the data is analyzed and processed by SPSS21.0 software.The measurement data is described by mean ± standard deviation(sx ±),and the count data is described by number of cases(%);One-way analysis was analyzed by ANOVA or t-test.Psychological capital multivariate analysis using multiple linear regression analysis;the correlation between the two questionnaires was analyzed using the Pearson method.Hierarchical regression was used to further analyze the influencing factors of emergency nurses' emergency response to public health events.A difference of P<0.05 is statistically significant.Results:1.Preparation of the questionnaire1.1 Through literature research,semi-structured interviews,Delphi method,and pre-survey,and through reliability and validity tests,it was determined that the emergency nurses 'emergency response to public health emergencies questionnaire finally included emergency knowledge,rescue ability,critical thinking ability,communication ability,organization Coordination ability,professional ethics and professional development in 7 dimensions,37 entries.1.2 The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of consulting experts were 100%and 95%,the expert authority coefficients were 0.85 and 0.86,the coordination coefficients were 0.337(P <0.01)and 0.340(P <0.01);the content validity index of the questionnaire entries(I-CVI value)was 0.789 to 1.000,and the validity index(S-CVIvalue)of the questionnaire content was 0.960.1.3 The total Cronbach 's ? coefficient of the questionnaire is 0.879,the Cronbach 's? coefficient of each dimension is 0.828 to 0.857,the half-reliability is 0.818,and the half-reliability of each dimension is 0.803 to 0.831.1.4 Exploratory factor analysis extracts a total of 7 common factors.The 7 common factors are named emergency knowledge,critical thinking ability,rescue ability,professional ethics,communication ability,professional development and organization and coordination ability according to the content of the entry,and accumulate contributions.The rate is 81.625%,and the load on each common factor of each entry is>0.4.2.Current situation investigation2.1 The psychological capital score of emergency nurses was(4.51 ± 0.69)points.The results of multivariate analysis showed that gender and whether or not they had experienced disaster relief activities were influential factors of psychological capital of nurses(P <0.05).2.2 The emergency nurses' emergency ability score for public health emergencies is(3.88 ± 0.55)points;2.3 There was a positive correlation between psychological capital and emergency capacity(P <0.01).2.4 After stratified regression analysis,the hospital level,whether it has participated in public health emergency drills,whether it has experienced disaster relief activities,and psychological capital have entered the regression equation.After controlling general information,psychological capital can independently explain the emergencies.46.7% of public health incident response capacity changes.2.5 The survey results of training needs show that 97.5% of emergency nurses think that it is necessary for the hospital to conduct training on public health emergencies,and98.9% of emergency nurses believe that it is very necessary to conduct regular public health emergency drills.Only in this way can they continuously improve their awarenessof public health emergencies and clarify their emergency capabilities.Conclusion:1.The prepared questionnaire is scientific and practical.It comprehensively reflects the emergency abilities that emergency nurses should have when facing public health emergencies,and provides a tool for nursing managers to understand the emergency abilities of emergency nurses Support,and then discover the shortage of nurses' capabilities,which is conducive to better targeted training of emergency nurses and make them play a greater role.2.The emergency ability of emergency nurses to public health emergencies in a city in Shanxi Province is at a medium level,and the psychological capital of nurses is at a medium level.Psychological capital has a positive effect on nurses' emergency ability.It is recommended that nursing managers should reasonably organize emergency nurses to participate in emergency public health.Emergency drills for health events,while taking effective measures to improve the psychological capital of nurses,and further improve emergency nurses' emergency response to public health emergencies.3.Emergency nurses have great needs and enthusiasm for training and emergency drills for public health emergencies.
