Medical and health undertakings are closely related to people's livelihood and health.High-quality health services are a powerful guarantee to promote the health of citizens.Health human resources are the core of the development of medical and health undertakings.A team of high-quality health human resources with knowledge,skills and innovation is the inexhaustible driving force for the growth of health careers.The fairness of human resource distribution directly influence the level of health services people enjoy.At present,there is a widespread imbalance in the allocation of health human resources in China.This imbalance is reflected not only in the quantity,type,distribution and quality,but also in the residents' needs for health services and their perceptions of the use of health services.The allocation of health human resources in developed cities is still not scientific and the economic and social development is relatively backward.After that,the optimization process of health human resources allocation in Nanping City is still in the initial stage.It can be seen that the imbalance of the allocation of health human resources has greatly hindered the development of health care in Nanping.Therefore,the key to solve this problem is to improve the equity of health human resources allocation.This paper takes Nanping City as the research object,uses human capital theory,health human resource allocation theory and equity theory to show the current situation of health human resource allocation in Nanping City,uses Lorentz curve and Gini coefficient to analyze the equity,and conducts investigation and interviews with health system workers,patients and their families.It is concluded that there are some problems in the allocation of health human resources in Nanping City,such as imbalanced personnel structure,serious aging of township health technicians and shortage of high-level health technicians.Based on the reality of Nanping City and exploring the fairness of health human resources allocation,this paper proposes to strengthen infrastructure construction.Establishing and implementing scientific human resourcesmanagement strategies,increasing the introduction of high-level talents,promoting the professional development of talents,attaching importance to the allocation of general practitioners in township health institutions,and developing health education institutions are the countermeasures and suggestions to realize the fairness of health human resources allocation in Nanping City and further promote the feasibility of health and medical undertakings in Nanping City.Sustainable development provides a reference.
