Objective:Observed Integrative rehabilitation therapy in patien-ts with vascular cognitive impairment (VCI) cognitive And activities of daily living impact. Methods:The clinical study included60cases of VCI patients w-ere randomly divided into two groups, each of30cases.The control group received basic treatment and acupuncture rehabilitation and d-aily therapeutic dose of oral nimodipine therapy; The treatment group received training in cognitive function in patients on the basis of the control group. The two groups are8weeks of treatment cycles, finaly observed MoCA, MMSE, ADL score changes.Results:1.MoCA score before and after treatment by t-test P<0.05, exist statistically significant differences;MoCA score in the contr-ol group before and after treatment by t-test P<0.05, there was sign-ificant difference;MoCA score by t test P<0.05, statistically signif-icant differences exist in the treatment group and the control group. Two treatment methods for patients with VCI have MoCA score imp-rovement, but the treatment group better than the control group.2.MMSE scores before and after treatment by t-test P<0.05, statistically significant differences;MMSE score by t-testP<0.05, significant differences exist in the treatment group and the control group. In the MMSE score improved in the treatment group than the control group.3.ADL scores before and after treatment,t-test P<0.05, statistically significant differences;ADL score by t test P<0.05, significant differences exist in the treatment group and the control group. VCI ADL score in improving patient, the treatment group than the control group. Conclusions:Cognitive training can effectively improve stroke in patients with vascular cognitive impairment of cognitive function and activities of daily living.
