Observation On Clinical Effect Of Mongolian Medicine Acupuncture Combined With Rehabilitation Treatment Forshoulder Pain After Stroke

Objective: This study proved that Mongolian acupuncture is a method of regulating qi and blood operation,relieving pain,effectively improving muscle strength,improving shoulder stability,stimulating nerves,and improving brain function.It is easy to use and improve the functions of shoulder joints,it has obvious curative effect,and it is economical and safe.Traditional Mongolian medicine therapy.Methods: Sixty patients who were admitted to the five treatment and rehabilitation department of the International Mongolian Medical Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this study were collected into control group and observation group,30 cases each.The control group received shoulder joint rehabilitation;the observation group received Mongolian acupuncture combined with shoulder joint rehabilitation.The course of treatment is 14 days.Before and after treatment,visual analog scale(VAS)scale was used to evaluate shoulder pain,muscle strength was used to assess upper limb muscle strength,upper limb Fugl-Meyer assessment was used to assess upper limb comprehensive motor function,and the improved Bathel index was used to take care of daily life Ability to evaluate and compare clinical efficacy.The treatment results were scored by the scoring method of the research method,and the efficacy was evaluated by comparing the data before treatment and after comparison between groups.The data was processed by SPSS 23.0 statistical software.Results: 1.There was no significant difference in general information and VAS score between the two groups before treatment(P> 0.05),and the two groups were comparable.2.The comparison of the two groups of patients before and after treatment showed that the VAS score was lower than that before treatment,and the muscle strength of the upper limbs was higher than that before treatment.The Fugl-Meyer and MBI scores were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.(P <0.05).3.After two weeks of treatment,the two groups of patients were compared between groups.The VAS score of the treatment group of Mongolian acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy was significantly lower than that of the control group alone.The muscle strength of the upper limbs was significantly higher than that of the control group.Fugl-Meyer and Compared with the control group,the MBI scores increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group of Mongolian medical acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy was 93.33%,and the control group of pure rehabilitation therapy was 70.00%.From this,the total effective rate of the acupuncture of Mongolian medical acupuncture for shoulder pain after Saab disease was obtained.It was significantly higher than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions: 1.Both groups can improve shoulder pain after SA.2.Improve the symptoms of shoulder pain: The treatment group of Mongolian acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy and the control group of rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve the degree of shoulder pain,but the treatment group is better than the control group.Shoulder pain.3.Improve the function of upper limb motor function and improve the ability to take care of daily life: The treatment group of Mongolian medicine acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy and the control group of rehabilitation therapy have obvious improvement,but the treatment group therapy is more helpful to improve the function of upper limb motor Ability and self-care ability to improve daily life.4.Mongolian acupuncture has the functions of dispersing and agglomerating,curing muscle numbness or swelling,draining pus and blood,and yellow water edema.According to the clinical status of treating shoulder pain after Saab disease,Mongolian acupuncture combined with shoulder joint rehabilitation The treatment method has obvious advantages such as significantly reducing the degree of shoulder pain after saab disease,effectively improving muscle strength,improving upper limb motor function and improving daily living ability.
